Chote Rajma Recipe - Lal Chori Recipe

Dal While Pressure cooking
* 1 cup Dal
* 1 Tsp Haldi - Tumeric
* 2 to 3 cloves
* 1 black cardamom
* 1 inch cinnamon
* 1 small to medium tej patta (Indian bay leaf)
* Hing - pinch
* Salt as per taste
Tadka
* 2-3 green Chillies
* 1.5 onions puréed(medium sized)
* 1 teaspoon chopped green chilies puréed
* 4 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
* 3 large tomatoes puréed
* ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
* 2 Tbsp Dhaniya powder - Coriander for Tadka
* 1 Tbsp Garam Masala for Tadka
* 1/2 teaspoon crushed kasuri methi (dry fenugreek leaves) – optional
* 5-6 tablespoon butter
* red chili powder as per taste
* salt as required

Step by step Recipe
1. Wash and Dal for 8-10 hours.
2. Pressure cooking Daal along with spices mentioned above.
3. Now start making tadka by adding some ghee and splutter some jeera.
4. In a blender add onion and garlic and add the paste to jeera.
5. Once it turns brownish in color, add blended paste of tomatoes with ginger and let it all cook.
6. Now add in dhaniya powder, garam masala, Kasuri methi.
7. Make red chilli tadka with ghee and red chili powder and add it while serving.
8. Enjoy with Roti or Rice

Bandgobhi Matar Recipe - Cabbage Matar Recipe - Punjabi Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 Cabbage - shredded
2 cup peas
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Hing
2 tbsp Mustard Oil
1 tbsp Jeera - Cumin seeds
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1.5 Tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Anardana Powder
Salt as per taste

Step by Step Recipe
1. In a pan add mustard oil and let it get super hot.
2. Lower the flame and add cumin seeds along with hing and garlic paste
3. Now add in chopped cabbage along with Matar / Peas.
4. Add in turmeric and salt and cover and let it cook for few mins.
5. Now add garam masala, anardana and red Chilly powder.
6. Cook for few more mins and serve it with Roti 💕

Chatpate Aloo Recipe

Quick Recipe for Potatoes:
Aloo Recipe
Ingredients
2 big potatoes - boiled
2 Tsp Jeera / Cumin
2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Anardana Powder or Amchur or Chaat Masala (or squeeze in lemon if none available)
1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
2 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tbsp Kasuri Methi
Handful of Dhaniya Coriander leaves

Step by step Recipe
* Boil Potatoes,
* In a pan add oil then Dhaniya powder, amchur/anardaana, garam masala, red Chilli powder and add boiled potatoes
* If you want an easy way, you can also use maggi masala with some amchur, Jeera powder to boiled potatoes
* They both taste amazing ❤️

Papa ki Pari making your breakfast delicious with this easy peasy recipe of Viral Almond Croissant Toast with Custard Filling - Healthy Custard Toast - Healthy Almond Toast - Protein Rich Breakfast

This recipe makes 4 Almond Toasts

Ingredients
1/4 cup Yogurt
4 Tablespoons Softened Butter
1 cup Almond Flour
4-5 Tbsp Honey
1 egg
2 tsp Vanilla Essence
Pinch of salt
4 slices of Bread
1/4 cup Sliced Almonds
Few strawberries (optional)
Powdered Sugar

Recipe
1. In a bowl mix yogurt, butter, almond flour, honey, egg, salt and vanilla essence.
2. Press the inside of the bread and add the mixture.
3. Top it with almonds and fruits of choice - I used strawberries.
4. Bake it on 350F or 180C for 12-13 mins or Air Fry for 9mins.
5. Once done, Add the powdered sugar.
6. Slice it and Enjoy.
