Salieri records released as a new cassette tape a 1979 Memorex piano vocal Cassette Tape (Denise Tape B) recovered with dual capstans.
This tape was recorded under the supervision of Denise Cogan using a TC-150 Sony Cassette Tape Recorder placed upon the piano, which is the standard Mazzilli/Holck-restored 1945 Steinway Baby Grand still in use today.
The source 1/8" Memorex cassette tape was deforming in the playback machine. Alex Abrash of AA Mastering recovered Side A & B by using a dual capstans cassette player.
On September 20th, Salieri Records released a 50 copy edition of these recordings as...
