The world has changed, and we have officially moved our corporate headquarters to the International Finance Centre Two in Hong Kong, our New York office at Rockefeller Center has been repositioned to our founding office. These changes were made solely to maintain our current commercial positions around the world - as we continue to provide politically neutral economic development as a United Nations Global Compact Participant.

You may have noticed already that around the world - Gordon Atlantic is dropping development from its name - and this first went into effect in the United Kingdom, as the firm is now called Gordon Atlantic Britain & Ireland, Ltd., and followed by Gordon Atlantic USA, Inc., our new name in the United States. While we continue to pursue award-winning and technology innovative economic development projects, we have developed a much larger footprint in oil & gas, financial markets, and the entertainment industry. 2015 will be a big year for all of us - and we look forward to working with the economic development agencies in our 28 global focus markets - to build a better tomorrow for you, your families, your communities, and your countries.

If you watched Gordon Atlantic over the last 10 years – you have seen a lot of change. About the only thing that has not changed are the United Kingdom and the United States as focus markets. You will have undoubtedly noticed a reduction in our focus in Europe to a few key markets where we can make a difference, and marked increase in attention to India and Southeast Asia. We continue to focus on the BRICS region (Brazil – Russia – India – China – South Africa). We continue to focus in complex home economies such as Germany, Hong Kong, India, the United States, and the United Kingdom where economic development, securities purchase and sale, and petrochemical transactions lead to robust margin transactions facilitate economic development. Various government regulations and political realities can sometimes affect our ambitions – these can range from planning permission to sanctions, and as with any business we must respond to change. However, our focus remains the same – the best in class economic developments in the markets where we focus. What this means to these countries is opportunity for foreign or domestic investment that looks for opportunities by type of facility with no limit on political boundary. For example, we do not seek to build 10 stadiums in one country - we seek to build 10 stadiums in the best locations around the world. We look forward to building new relationships with Canada, Hungary. Myanmar, Portugal, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, and The United Arab Emirates.

This week, the firm finalizes new parameters for investment in India and Sri Lanka. Gordon Atlantic All India, Limited, Gordon Atlantic Development Corporation's Republic of India subsidiary will receive 50% of royalties from petrochemical transactions supported by Republic of India banks despite their global office. Gordon Atlantic officially engages with economic development agencies in Sri Lanka to begin economic development projects within the island nation...this continues to make South Central Asia, Gordon Atlantic's largest focus area interest outside of Europe and North America.

I am happy that our proposed Urban MagLev system is cheaper than the light-rail option currently considered in Travis County. Austinites have the inherent right to consider all system options, both private and public, to meet their transportation needs. Despite the fact that we are a private company, Gordon Atlantic consciously seeks to act in the public's best interest. Whether or not our system is finally implemented is not as important, as Austinites being able to self-determine their own future.

We have a made a RARE decision to share with the public the V.1 version of our proposal. There have been a few minor changes to the route, however, the overall goal remains the same - to build the first urban MagLev in the United States connecting the Austin Bergstorm International Airport to Austin's key economic development nodes. We appreciate your support, as you, as Austinites, consider your transportation options.
