ATTN: CASTING CALL for STUDENTS and NON-PROs:
Órale Productions is casting for a music video project to be filmed over the summer. We have openings for two female leads, and we will be holding auditions SUNDAY, JULY 24th in MIDTOWN MANHATTAN. Breakdowns are as follows:
EMMA (early-to-mid 20s, any ethnicity) - An ambitious yet self-doubting singer. Prefers black leather jackets, denim jeans and boots. Short hair and contacts help her move freely on and off-stage, but her addiction to alcohol and partying keeps her, when sober, fidgeting with her necklace, walking with her hands in pockets, and sitting by windows on her commute. As a pensive drunk she sits alone, her movements reserved and her face akin to a sedated patient.
STEPHANIE (early-to-mid 20s, any ethnicity) - A caring yet stern marketing assistant. Wears business-casual for work but prefers flowery and bright dresses for summer dates. Stephanie is down-to-earth and balanced, keeping the apartment tidy and simple. She goes the extra mile for a task, but she moves at a comfortable, smooth pace. She tries to be empathetic, but only as far as she can allow.
Please note that we can't offer a salary for the project, but we'll be providing meals, and transportation (if you drive or don't use an unlimited MetroCard we will reimburse you). We'll provide credit, a copy for your reel, and IMDb credit.
This is great for students and other non-pros looking to gain on-screen experience. We're a tight and laidback team, and we're looking forward to seeing what you have to bring to the table.
