Dish of The Day: Blitz Watermelonade
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 400g fresh watermelon flesh, deseeded
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 200ml cold water
- 100g ice cubes
- Dash of sugar syrup
Instructions:
1. Blitz all the ingredients together in a blender with the ice cubes.
2. Stir in the sugar syrup.
3. Enjoy!

How to make Sugar syrup?
- Caster sugar
- Water
Instructions:
1. Place the sugar in a heavy-bottomed pan and add twice the amount of water (this should be twice the amount in volume, not weight – so if you have 1 cup of sugar, you would add 2 cups of water).
2. Heat over a medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved and the liquid has thickened and started to brown slightly. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

NEXT Architects designed the 150-metre bridge to span the Dragon King Harbour River in Changsha's Meixi Lake district - a 6.5 million square-metre development masterplanned by Kohn Pedersen Fox and being built from scratch in the south west of the city.
The bridge will create three different routes across the water, including one that reaches a height of 24 metres to offer views of the harbour, the city and the surrounding mountains. Lighting fixtures will highlight the profile of the structure after dark.
