Founded in 1987, ESTIATOR (The Restaurateur) is a national monthly magazine serving Greek-Americans in the foodservice industry—restaurants, caterers, diners, coffee shops, food trucks, pizzerias, and bars. With editorial contributions from industry professionals, ESTIATOR aims to inform and educate the restaurant operator.

The legendary success of Greek-Americans in this industry is one of the finest examples of the fruition of the American Dream. Across the country thousands of businesses large and small, from coffee shops and diners to upscale restaurants and exclusive catering facilities, are run by Greek-Americans, a group that is, according to U.S. Census Bureau, among the top two most affluent and most educated ethnicities in the country. ESTIATOR is the most direct and effective channel for any company or organization to use when looking to attract business from that market.
