- The first time we saw her work in person was at the Africa Now show at the Apollo Theater, Black Coffee played a 🔥 dj set paired with her visuals.
- The Japanese Post Punk band “ZZZ’s” official video was directed by Mamiko, and got nominated for the Berlin Music Video Awards in 2015 🙌🏻
- She was also nominated for Best Visual Artist at the Brooklyn Nightlife Awards in 2014 👏🏼
- When she’s not VJing, she’s teaching Multimedia Art at Performing Arts program in St. John’s Preparatory School NYC.

Our first guest of our new series #AnomalusSessions is Crew Called Self , who threw down a sick LIVE modular set for us.
He’s part of New York Modular Society, a collective of artists that play with modular synthesizers as their instrument of choice and that is growing in the NYC electronic scene.
His influence comes from the urban culture in the 70’s —
“I have always been drawn to NYC B-boy culture. I think that has always been my biggest influence.”
His debut album “From The Before Time” is available for pre-order now via @beatportfor, and as an official release as a Beatport exclusive on June 29th. Will be available on all platforms by July 13th. The album is a collection of studio recordings from late 2018 to early 2020.

The Fall Of Adam & Eve by talented multi-media artist, designer, and coder Natasha Tomchin 🍎. This piece debuted at Kevin Barry Fine Art Gallery in L.A. in 2018. Natasha has curated Collaborative Dreams and she will be presenting a large-scale immersive kaleidoscopic piece paired with audio by Lonely C in the main room.
