Hey! Listen! 🔊 I'm very excited to make the noises at Arlene's Grocery with Katherine Redlus , Aaron is your friend , and Caleb Caming and the Heat in a couple weeks. Here's a sneak peek of some 🎶🎶🎶 I've been cooking up before I lay down the vox 🤘😎
Surprise!!! In two weeks I'll be sharing the stage at Arlene's Grocery with the Folk/R&B stylings of Aaron Is Your Friend , the grungy roots revival of Caleb Caming & The Heat, and the spellbinding harp magic of Katherine Redlus Music. I'll be playing some songs off my still-in-the-oven solo album "Son of Dust" as well as some stripped down acoustic reinterpretations of other tunes of mine, both old and new.
Hope to see you there!
Caleb Caming & The Heat, Katherine Redlus and more
to a leaner, meaner, less bearded version of me who wrote this riff by accident and several years later made it work as part of the still secret Natamus catalog.
We won't be playing this one when we open for Wsabi Fox , Circadian Clock and Stimmerman ( Eva Lawitts ) tonight at Sunnyvale but I think with Alex Cohen and Matt Chilton behind me, we shall way Shred way harder than I was in this old video 🤘😜
I went a little off book at the Josh Gachette & His Pioneers Album Release Concert at Mercury Lounge 🤘🤠

Thanks again to Ara Blocks and E-Innovations for hosting and all the other presenters for sharing what they do best!
An instance of in 5/4 time based on an audience suggestion from Music and Technology Workshop last night. Thanks to everyone for coming out! And a special thanks to Dovi J and Conor T. L. Sullivan for also sharing their musical secrets!
I had such an amazing time sliding strings with Josh Gachette & His Pioneers last night and getting to witness Damn Tall Buildings and Newcomers Club make their magic live is something I won't soon forget. Thanks to everyone who came out and a special thanks to Joanna Sternberg who was supposed to open to show but unfortunately they had to cancel due to a medical emergency. ❤️U Joanna, hope you feel better soon! I'll be so happy and grateful to see you next time.

Tonight I shall be sliding strings and other things at the Blk Market Merchants, Heavenly Faded, JG's Pioneers, Son of Dust for the live debut of Josh Gachette & His Pioneers. The end of this summer marks the start of my 14th year playing musically professionally (I.E. barely getting paid to play it 😋) and in that time I have played for more acts than I can count. I have NEVER been so proud and inspired to give all I can to a project like I have been by Josh Gachette. His music is powerful yet soothing, complex but ridiculously catchy, somehow equally traditional and experimental but above all genuine and unique. Tonight we will be at The Footlight but soon enough .
I can't wait to hear my old friends in The Black Market Merchants storm the stage with a thunderous abandon, nor can I wait to see Heavenly Faded share their arrestingly strong and commanding energy as they have done time and time again. Oh! and the illusive Son of Dust will be doing the haunting and strange thing that he does...
Hope to see y'all in t-minus 7.66 hours!

My apologies for the radio silence.
Life...uh... finds a way to get in the way of making records. They are coming, slowly but surely, sooner than later.
Regardless, I'll be playing a secret (and FREE) show this friday night somewhere in Brooklyn. DM me for deets.
Anyway here's a photo of me hard at work in the studio to tide you over until Son of Dust drops. Stay strong y'all!

Solo projects get weird...
a guitarchitexturesurrection will occur this Easter Sunday / April Fools at
SOAKED, Bull and Guitarchitexture at Arlene's Grocery
Expect the secular rebirth of a fool with too many guitar pedals.
You have been warned.
Guitarchitexture last appeared without warning at The Bowery Electric where Michael J Kelly captured this lil clip.
🙏much thanks!❤️

This here is the birth of , made way before I had a name for what I was doing. If I remember correctly, this was recorded live in a single take the weekend after I first got my 1965 Fender Twin Reverb. You can stream/download it for free, or donate any amount you wish.
I hadn't heard this in years, rediscovering it was akin to finding forgetten baby photos.
