MY PARENTS ALWAYS BELITTLED OUR DAUGHTER BECAUSE OF OUR INCOME – MY IN-LAWS TAUGHT THEM A VALUABLE LESSON.
My husband and I are slightly more well-off than my sister's family. Because of this, my parents do more for them than they do for us.
Despite our income, we never spoil our daughter, Maddie (7), but when it comes to my parents' gifts to her, she gets things from the dollar store while my nephews get whole Lego sets, iPads, and even Disney trips.
If my sister needs babysitting, they will drop everything for her at the last minute. If I need it, I have to give them a two-week heads-up as well as proper payment.
Today, we were having a rare meetup with my parents and my in-laws. My daughter asked if she could go on the trampoline outside. My dad yelled, "NO, it's for your nephews!"
Maddie then stomped away and said, "This is why I like the other grandma and grandpa more." My parents turned LIVID and started yelling how sassy she was when BOTH of my in-laws stood up and said ⬇️

I’m still shaking right now. Sorry for the quality, I took this one picture when she wasn’t looking… So, I got invited to this conference. Tom was on his ‘business trip’ and I had to go alone.
I’m standing at this check-in and having a little chat with this woman while waiting, she’s so friendly, then she winks at me and says, "I'm actually meeting someone special here, but it's our little secret - he has a wife." And then she tells the receptionist, "Reservation under Tom Harrison.” My heart just DROPPED. My Tom?! Must be some crazy coincidence… But she goes on and calls out my husband's number for confirmation!

Hello everyone, the other day, when I came home from work, I found an unknown child in my backyard. Immediately I was about to call the cops, but then he started talking.
This was the strangest evening in my life (IT WILL GET EVEN MORE WEIRD), for a moment everything turned upside down. I was just getting home from work. I park the car, get out and go for the door.
But as I started approaching home, a little dark figure appeared. I though it was some kind of animal ready to attack, my heart was pounding out of my chest.
Then for a moment I thought that was a ghost, but there you go… it is just a little boy! He looked tired, dirty, with messy hair and poorly dressed. Poor thing, he must be lost, I thought, as I reached for my phone to call the police...
But the boy clung to my arm and, with a trembling voice, like a grown up said, “Mom, don’t do it, I… ⬇️
