Ingredients 2 chicken breast diced (300g) 2 tsp Just spices uk Chicken seasoning 1 1/2 tsp Just spices uk Pasta allrounder 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp butter 1 onion 2 cloves crushed garlic 1 heaped tbsp tomato puree 1/2 tsp salt 400ml double cream Handful of mozzarella cheese Handful fresh chopped parsley 300g rigatoni pasta 1200mls water Method Season the chicken in a bowl with 1 tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp Just spices uk chicken seasoning In a large pan heat 2 tbsp olive oil over a medium high heat and add your seasoned chicken and fry until golden brown. Remove chicken from pan and set aside. In the same pan add 1 tbsp butter once the butter has melted add chopped onion and crushed garlic. Cook until onion is soft and golden. Then add 1 heaped tbsp tomato puree, cook for about 2 minutes stirring continuously to prevent sticking. Add your water and salt and add the pasta once the water is boiling and cook until al dente once pasta is cooked reduce the heat and stir in 1 ½ tsp Just spices UK Pasta allrounder, then stir in your cream and add the cooked chicken back to the pan and simmer for a few mins until sauce thickens. Take off the heat and add your chosen cheese and mix until melted then top with fresh chopped parsley and serve with a side of tenderstem broccoli or your chosen veggies.
