Dear LSTFI Community,

While there have been no cases of anyone in the LSTFI or NYU community contracting the coronavirus, we understand the effects of this virus are widely felt.

We want to assure you that we are taking extreme measures to protect the health of our students and staff. In addition to cleaning shared surfaces throughout the day and deep-cleaning the school each night, we are providing clorox wipes in all our classrooms and installing hand sanitizing machines throughout the school. We have briefed our staff and faculty to excuse students experiencing flu-like symptoms from class and to provide resources and support to students who may seem unwell.

We thank you for your continued support, and we will keep you updated as the situation in New York City unfolds.
