'De Lumière et d'Obscurité' is the final collaboration between JOHN 3:16 and EISENLAGER — a cross-continental project recorded between Philadelphia and Dortmund, now released posthumously following EISENLAGER’s passing in 2024.

Blending cinematic drones, shadowy industrial rhythms, and ambient textures, the album explores the tension and beauty between opposing forces — light and dark, presence and absence, creation and memory. What began as a shared sonic vision has become a lasting tribute to a unique artistic voice.

This release stands as both farewell and celebration: a document of connection across distance, and a meditation on legacy through sound.
