I am reading “Preserving Everything” by Leda Meredith. On pg 246 (paperback) the ingredients for Elderflower Wine read: 1 1/2 pounds sugar or 1 pound honey 2 pints boiling non chlorinated or filtered water 6 pints cold non chlorinated or filtered water 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar or the juice and rind of 2 large lemons plus 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar Elderflower and a measurement of its amount appear no where in the list. After the 4 ingredients, the next thing in the page is instructions. Is this an error? Are there corrections for this book? Thx.
