Apple Crisp Pizza
A sweet twist on pizza night—this dessert pizza layers tender cinnamon apples on a flaky crust, topped with a golden oat crumble and a drizzle of caramel. Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
Ingredients:
1 dough for a single-crust pie
⅔ cup granulated sugar
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 medium baking apples, peeled and sliced ½ inch thick
For the topping:
½ cup all-purpose flour
⅓ cup packed brown sugar
⅓ cup rolled oats
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ cup butter, softened
For serving:
¼–½ cup caramel sauce (ice cream topping or caramel dip)
Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the pie dough to fit a 12-inch pizza pan. Fold or flute the edges for a nice finish.
In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Toss with apple slices until evenly coated.
Arrange apples in a single layer over the dough.
In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon. Cut in the softened butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the apples.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
Remove from oven and drizzle with caramel sauce.
Slice and serve warm, with vanilla ice cream if desired.
