Cranberry Pineapple Fizz
This drink offers a tangy, tropical twist with a fizzy finish.
Ingredients:
4 oz chilled cranberry juice
4 oz chilled pineapple juice
1 oz lime juice
4 oz chilled ginger ale
Instructions:
In a shaker, combine the cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
Shake gently to mix.
Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
Top with chilled ginger ale.
Stir lightly and garnish with a lime wedge or mint sprig.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dippers 😍

If you like a thick, soft chocolate chip cookie, you'll need to try these cookie dippers!

They’re super delicious and you can dip them in whatever spread or sauce you wish 🙌

Think… melted Biscoff spread, Nutella, salted caramel sauce or even pistachio sauce! 🤤

All you need is:
225g unsalted butter, softened
150g light brown sugar
75g granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
300g plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp salt
250g chocolate chips + 50g for the top

Tin size: 8x10”

Allow to cool fully in the tin before slicing into 24 bars 🥰

No Bake Lotus Biscoff Millionaires 😍

These delicious Biscoff millionaires have a Lotus biscuit thick and buttery biscuit base, with a nice layer of easy homemade salted caramel, and a mixed white chocolate Biscoff topping, with an extra Biscoff swirl 🙌

All you need is:

Base:
550g Lotus Biscuits, finely crushed
250g Unsalted butter, melted

Caramel:
1 tin (397g) Condensed milk
90g Unsalted butter
100g Light brown sugar
2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Golden syrup

Topping:
250g White chocolate
100g Biscoff spread + 50g for the swirl

Tin size: 8x8”

Tip: Make sure you crush the biscuits really finely and press them down hard into the tin, otherwise the base will be very crumbly 😋

Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole
Creamy and Cheesy Cauliflower Delight
Ingredients:
1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until tender but still firm. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Add the cooked cauliflower to the cheese mixture and stir gently to coat the florets evenly.
Transfer the cauliflower mixture to a greased baking dish. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese on top for added crunch and flavor.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Strawberries & Cream Pastry Puffs 😍

I remember these being so so delicious when I was a child, and as it's Wimbledon soon I think it's only right we see some strawberries and cream recipes 💖

They’re light and crisp at the same time, and creamy and fresh 🤤
They’re filled with sweet whipped cream, fruity strawberry jam, and fresh strawberries 🍓

All you need is:
1 sheet ready roll puff pastry
Egg wash: 1 small egg + 1 tsp milk or water
250ml double cream
30g icing sugar
10 tbsp strawberry jam
Approx 5 large strawberries, sliced
Icing sugar to dust

Bake 200C/(180C fan) 8-10 mins - allow to cool before slicing in half and adding the fillings

Ground Turkey Sweet Potato Bake
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place a large skillet over medium heat and brown the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spoon for about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion becomes translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Stir in the diced sweet potatoes and bell peppers. Season with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
5. Pour in the chicken broth, bring to a simmer, then cover and cook for about 10 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are soft.
6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. If using, sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.

Bright and Zesty Orzo with Zucchini and Fresh Lemon

Ingredients:

1 cup orzo pasta
2 medium zucchinis, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the orzo and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
Add the diced zucchinis to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and slightly golden.
Stir in the cooked orzo, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients:
For the topping
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup chopped pecans
For the filling
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons banana extract, optional
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 ripe bananas, sliced

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 2-quart or 9x9-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour, and softened butter using a fork until crumbly. Stir in the oats and chopped pecans. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and milk until just combined. Stir in the melted butter. Pour this mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Arrange the banana slices evenly over the batter.
Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the bananas.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.

60g salted or unsalted butter
1 1/2 tbsp golden syrup or honey

🍗 Ingredients:

🍗 2 cups cooked chicken, sliced

🍝 12 oz linguine pasta

🧈 4 tbsp butter

🧄 4 cloves garlic, minced

🥛 2 cups heavy cream

🧀 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

🌿 Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

🔥 Instructions:

🍝 Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

🧈 In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

🍗 Add cooked chicken, stir to warm.

🥛 Pour in heavy cream, bring to simmer.

Boston Cream Poke Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
4 cups cold milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions:
Preheat oven according to cake mix directions. Bake cake in a 9x13-inch pan.
Allow cake to cool for 15 minutes. Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake.
In a medium bowl, whisk instant pudding and cold milk until smooth.
Pour pudding over the cake, letting it seep into the holes. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Chill cake in the fridge for 1 hour to set the pudding.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and glossy.
Pour chocolate ganache over chilled cake and spread evenly. Refrigerate another 30 minutes before serving.
