SUGAR-FREE FOODS: MYTHS & FACTS
Because removing sugar apparently gives food a medical degree.
MYTH: “Sugar-free = healthy.”
FACT: No. The sugar left. The calories kept their jobs.
MYTH: “Sugar-free = zero sugar.”
FACT: Sometimes. Read the label. The front is basically Tinder.
MYTH: “I can eat unlimited sugar-free snacks.”
FACT: Calories did not leave with the sugar.
MYTH: “Honey doesn’t count as sugar.”
FACT: It’s still sugar. It just has better PR and a tiny bee logo.
MYTH: “Sugar-free soda is basically water.”
FACT: Yes, and a milkshake is basically a cow.
🏆 FINAL VERDICT: “Sugar-free” sounds healthy. So does “natural.” Marketing loves adjectives.
