We're hiring in LA!

Walter Schupfer Management is currently seeking an office and personal assistant for the owner of the company. WSM is an international artist agency representing some of the most successful photographers, stylists, set design, hair and makeup artists with offices in New York, Los Angeles and Paris.

The assistant will have multiple roles at the agency and needs to be able to wear many hats with grace and good humor.

He / she is creative, works well with others and wants to learn and succeed in this role and industry.

Exceptional follow through on all tasks and organization is an absolute necessity in this position.

Duties / Responsibilities include :

· Working closely with the owner of the company, managing schedule and calendar
· Coordinate all international and domestic travel
· Participating / taking notes in all agency staff meetings
· Handle shipping and shopping as needed
· Must be tech savvy with a strong understanding of Mac computers and applications
· Must have a strong interest and passion for fashion photography / advertising and want to grow in this business
· Must have a can-do attitude – no task is too menial or below him / her
· Must have a 4 year degree from a reputable university
· Must know California well
· Must be detail oriented and organized
· Must have strong verbal and written communication + interpersonal skills
· Must be proficient in Photoshop / Acrobat / Word / Excel
· Able to manage interns
· Must have 1 year fashion / advertising agency experience
