In the context of the global CoViD-19 outbreak, we strongly believe that all organizations that provide long-term care services must go electronic as soon as possible, for the sake of the population they serve, their workers, and their partners. We want to help you implement this urgent move among your membership. In this spirit, we are willing to offer a trial period on its software to every one of your unequipped member organizations, with these terms: Only organizations not yet equipped are eligible for this trial period. By “unequipped”, we mean currently using paper files, Excel or equivalent, separate apps, to run their organization (intake, client record, case notes, scheduling, nursing care record, data-driven steering, etc). The length of this trial period is not fixed yet. It would be until June 30th for now, but we might offer to renew it if the pandemic keeps impacting so significantly our daily life, on a case-by-case financial strain basis. We will waive our license fees for the whole duration of the trial period. We would lower the installation (currently $2k), onboarding (currently $1.5k), and training fees (currently $1k/day on-premises, will become fully remote anyway), which we will still have to bill as we would have related expenses. At the end of the trial period, every enrolled member will be able to choose to either (1) keep using the software at the normal rate that applies to them (or a negotiated rate if you and we partner in the meantime), or (2) stop using it, have their data extracted, and use another software solution. If some of your members are interested, let us know so we can schedule a demo for them and, if they confirm their interest, we can set their environment up within a couple of days. We would like to stress how important it is for your members to ramp up their information management tools. Whether or not they go forward with us, it is in their best interest to start using information management software as soon as possible.
