He had it all: youth, money, and fame.

Yet, Liam Payne struggled with substance abuse and “suicidal ideation.”

He died at age 3️⃣1️⃣ after falling from a third-floor balcony.

He was staying at a Buenos Aires 🏨.

It serves as a poignant reminder of 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬 many face.

Remember life is short:

❤️ 𝐃𝐨 what you love.
❤️ 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 what you do
❤️ 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 to make an impact.

My heart today is heavy with concern.
Concern for the future.
The future of our 🌐.

As a father of 4️⃣, I am reminded of our immense responsibility.

𝐓𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧.

There is a real prospect of a regional war in the Middle East.

It is a stark reminder that 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐟𝐚𝐫 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐰𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐤𝐢𝐝𝐬:

⛔️ Families fleeing their homes
⛔️ Children caught in the crossfire
⛔️ Innocent lives lost

➡️ I've had the privilege of traveling the world.
➡️ I've met people from diverse backgrounds, and heard their stories.
➡️ I've seen firsthand the impact of conflict on their communities.

𝐖𝐚𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫.

▶️ We must not let the drums of war drown out the voices of reason.
▶️ We must not let our differences tear us apart.
▶️ We must not forget that we are all human beings.
▶️ We must not skip dignity, respect, and peace.

𝐈𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥.

☑️ We must work towards diplomacy, dialogue, and understanding.
☑️ We must invest in education and economic development.
☑️ We must build bridges between communities.

𝐖𝐞 𝐨𝐰𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 to create a world where they can:

✅ Grow up without fear of violence
✅ Pursue their dreams without limitations
✅ Live in harmony with others.

Let us join hands, 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐮𝐬 𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬, and let us demand a better future for our children.

A future where wars are a distant memory, and peace is the norm.

I can't believe I am saying this...

Perfection is closer than you think.

Jared Isaacman’s historic space 🚶‍♂️‍➡️got me thinking.

“𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝." he said from 435 miles up.

But for me, perfection is just turning 3️⃣ months old and sleeping in my arms!

My baby has brought 😊, ❤️, and a new 👀 to life.

Every coo, smile, and milestone is a reminder: 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬.

As a Keynote X-peaker, I’ve inspired audiences worldwide.

But being a parent is the most rewarding journey yet!

My 🌐 may not be vast, but with my little one, it’s 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐅𝐄𝐂𝐓.

Many think the rise of virtual worlds means the end of physical toys.

Wrong!

👯‍♀️ will always crave 𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬.

However, they’ll also expect 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 with the virtual 🌎.

As a Keynote X-peaker on hashtag and cutting-edge technologies, I’ve seen the boundaries between physical and virtual blurring.

The toy maker king of the future will 𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞 the 𝐩𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 and 𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 worlds.

It will create 𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 that delight kids and inspire creativity.

This requires a deep understanding of both the digital and physical realms.

Here’s the 📒 for the toy leader of the future:

✅Develop 𝐩𝐡𝐲𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 (physical + digital) play experiences
✅Invest in augmented reality (𝐀𝐑) and virtual reality (𝐕𝐑) tech

A Powerful Reminder to Live Life to the Fullest

You have already heard the tragic news about Mike Lynch.

He founded Autonomy back in the 1990s. He was often compared to Bill Gates.

From building a 𝐠𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 to facing 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 and 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝𝐲, Mike's journey is a poignant reminder to 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞.

My 2-month-old daughter just taught me 70% of success

🧁I am celebrating my baby girl’s 2nd month birthday!🧁

I’m reminded of the profound impact she’s had on my life and career.

She’s taught me:

💞 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞: Focus on what truly matters (hint: it’s not just about achieving 70% of your goals)
💞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Embracing 100% of life’s uncertainties with 0% fear
💞 𝐉𝐨𝐲: Finding 99% of happiness in the smallest moments (like my baby’s surprised face!)

As I continue to lead the world’s longest running AI Workshop, I’m more inspired than ever to help others unlock their full potential.
