📝 Ingredients:
20 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups sliced carrots
4 tbsp butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup whole milk
1¼ cups grated Parmesan cheese
Optional garnish: chopped parsley, crushed red pepper flakes
🔥 Instructions:
1. Cook the tortellini:
Boil tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the steak:
Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites 3–5 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
3. Steam or sauté the vegetables:
Steam broccoli and carrots until just tender, or sauté in a little olive oil for 3–4 minutes. Set aside.
4. Make the Parmesan cream sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and milk, simmering for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Combine everything:
Return steak, broccoli, carrots, and tortellini to the skillet. Toss gently to coat in the creamy Parmesan sauce.
6. Serve and garnish:
Top with chopped parsley or red pepper flakes for extra flavor. Serve immediately.
