Garlic Parmesan Chicken Rigatoni: Creamy Comfort in Under 40 Minutes!

Craving a restaurant-quality pasta dish without the restaurant wait? This Garlic Parmesan Chicken Rigatoni is your answer! Tender chicken and perfectly cooked rigatoni are enveloped in a rich, creamy garlic Parmesan sauce that's ready in under 40 minutes. It's the ultimate weeknight dinner hero!

Servings: 4-6 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tbsp butter, divided
4 cloves garlic, minced
1.5 cups chicken broth (low sodium preferred)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (Parmigiano Reggiano recommended)
1 lb rigatoni pasta
2 tsp Italian seasoning blend
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
Cook the rigatoni in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook undisturbed for 6-8 minutes, until golden brown.
Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir for 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned.
Pour in the chicken broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits. Simmer gently for 3-4 minutes, allowing the broth to reduce slightly.
Stir in the heavy cream and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Reduce heat to low and stir continuously until the cheese melts into a smooth, creamy sauce (2-3 minutes).
Return the browned chicken to the skillet. Add the cooked rigatoni and toss to coat everything in the sauce.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes & Tips:
For a vegetarian option, replace the chicken with sautéed mushrooms or shrimp.
Penne or ziti pasta can be substituted for rigatoni.
To lighten the sauce, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream, but note that the sauce will be less rich.
Always use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for the best flavor and melting quality. Bagged pre-shredded cheese doesn't melt as well.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of cream or broth to loosen the sauce

Sticky Garlic Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry 🥦🥩
This right here is that takeout-style BANGER you don’t gotta order!

📝 What You’ll Need (This Plate Built to Go Viral):

1 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

1/2 small onion, sliced thin

1 tbsp sesame oil (or veggie oil)

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp minced ginger (optional but 🔥)

🔸 For the Sauce (Sticky & Rich):

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)

Crushed red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Sesame seeds (optional, but they FLEX)

🍽️ How to Make It:

1️⃣ Sear the Beef Like a Pro:

Heat oil in a wok or deep skillet over high heat. Add sliced steak and sear until just browned and tender—about 2–3 mins. Remove from pan and set aside. This beef should still be juicy and ready for that flavor slap.

2️⃣ Steam Up That Broccoli:

In the same pan, toss in broccoli and sliced onions. Add a splash of water, cover for 2–3 mins to steam slightly—this keeps it vibrant but tender. That crunch-to-sauce ratio is key.

3️⃣ Build the Sauce Bomb:

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, hoisin, garlic, and ginger. Add to the hot pan, stir to combine. Bring to a simmer then stir in the cornstarch slurry—let it thicken to that sticky-glaze level.

4️⃣ Bring It All Together:

Toss the beef back into the pan and coat it in that thick, glossy garlic sauce. Let everything simmer together for 2 more mins so the sauce grabs every curve of beef and broccoli. Sprinkle sesame seeds if you're feelin' fancy.

5️⃣ Plate It Hot & Heavy:

Serve on a square white plate for that “Instagram eats first” aesthetic. Let the sauce drip off the sides. This ain’t just stir-fry—this is a home kitchen flex.
