No Valentine

This band is so worthy of all the time and effort. Their style is east village rock at it's coolest. Cindy's writing is edgy and hooky. This is a great band and New York City "real."

Statues of Liberty playing live tonight at Arlene’s Grocery at 9 pm and I WILL BE THERE. We have years of recording this great band. I crashed the rehearsal for their show a couple weeks ago. Love my job. On the second video clip Hitomi shows her power. Alex is the biggest sweetest lug and John is flexing his guitar muscles and damn I love his songs. My cell phone almost exploded from the heat of this. Please come out.

Saw Jeff Daniels with his sons band The Ben Daniels Band last night. They were very very good and super fun! Jeff's lyrics are so funny! Really enjoyed myself. What a talented family. And may I add polite and humble to that. I met them all. Very nice people.

At 3O Below Recording Studio yesterday here is pictured, Freddie Katz producing Jazz band, Dissipated Face. How come Free Jazz guys look so serious!? They are flying and being free in they're fingers, mind and heart is my guess! So this is Jazz face by Dissipated Face! I've seen a lot of Rock face for sure. I cant wait to hear the mix. They did a Fifteen minute song at one point.

Thanks to our lovely client, Suzette Sunday, pictured here with me at the Maritime Hotel. She is a fresh breath of air! We are planning a "Retro Sirens" musical review, with music of the decades from the 20s to the 70s including originals of all the Ladies! Also making a CD of original songs that are composed by each artist. The tracks reflect the era they are paying tribute too. Also, Lynne Von Pang has signed on representing the 60s and I adore her style and, hammer down on it, sultry voice! Thrilled!!!

We would like to thank the handsome and talented, Ash Gray, for his patronage to 30 Below Recording Studio. And wait til I get to post links to a our live original blues client. OMG best live album Brent has ever recoeded. This guy Doc is one talented writer. He plays like with a stand up bass. Super duper stripped down but it is really really good. I am enthralled with this record and I sing the songs along with it at home and in the car. It is a classic in my opinion. I am so proud of this treasure from, David (Doc) French Cooking Band.
