Beyond her prowess as an actress, Cecilia Suarez is also a force off-screen. Did you know that Suarez is a UN ambassador for the Spotlight Initiative, which takes action to help end violence against women? The initiative is near and dear to Cecilia as it helps women and girls in her home country of Mexico, which has one of the highest rates of femicide in Latin America.
