However, being slightly above average at nearly everything doesn’t get you discovered in a bank like Charlize Theron. The highlight of my acting career was getting a callback to play Brigitta in a theater production of The Sound of Music. The height of my music career was a karaoke rendition of “There’s Your Trouble” by the Dixie Chicks. I am not, and never will be, tall, skinny, or funky looking

enough to model. Upon my 20th birthday I finally realized I missed my opportunity to become a Disney Channel star. I was the girl who received B’s in 4th grade, killing my Harvard dreams before I had even left the playground. Kate Middleton wed Prince William before I had the chance to go to Europe and do so myself; therefore any remaining hope I had of becoming a princess is now gone. The easy way “in” was a boat I completely missed, so about six years ago I started this blog. I mostly write about guys and clothes, but occasionally I switch it up.
