PRIME POTOMAC RASSURE...

La Société PRIME POTOMAC porte à la connaissance du public Camerounais qu’une campagne de dénigrement est actuellement en cours contre elle, alors même que PRIME POTOMAC vient de s’engager, aux côtés du Cameroun, à relever le défi de la CAN 2019 dans la ville de Garoua.

En effet, notre Société avait à peine reçu sa lettre d’attribution que des copies de ladite lettre circulaient déjà dans les réseaux sociaux. Il faut noter que la lettre d’attribution adressée à PRIME POTOMAC par la Présidence de la République du Cameroun, avait aussi été envoyée, en copie, à six autres administrations.

Il est clair que le plan contre PRIME POTOMAC a savamment été pensé, avec une détermination établie de nuire non seulement la Société PRIME POTOMAC, mais aussi les intérêts des USA, principaux soutiens de PRIME POTOMAC tout au long des négociations ayant conduits à l’attribution du marché en question.

Par exemple, dans un article FACEBOOK abondamment distribué dans les réseaux sociaux, Messieurs BORIS BERTOLT et MOHAMADOU HOUMFA, prétendent que PRIME POTOMAC n’a été retenu que grâce aux faveurs et à l’amitié du Ministre Secrétaire General de la Présidence de la République. Ce qui, évidemment, est faux ; pour 2 raisons majeures:

1) Ben Modo et le Ministre Secrétaire General ne se connaissent ni de près, ni de loin. Les deux individus ne se sont jamais rencontrés, ni aux Etats-Unis, ni au Cameroun. Il n’y a donc pas de proximité quelconque entre M. Ben Modo et le Ministre Secrétaire General de la Présidence de la République du Cameroun. D’ailleurs, la Société PRIME POTOMAC a déjà pris des dispositions aux Etats-Unis et au Canada, pour que les auteurs de ces déclarations, qui résident dans ces deux pays, aient l’opportunité de s’expliquer devant les tribunaux Américains et Canadiens, au sujet de cette prétendue amitié.

2) PRIME POTOMAC doit son succès dans cette attribution, d’abord aux ETATS-UNIS D’AMERIQUE, lesquels ont, par le dynamisme des dirigeants du Département du Commerce Américain et de l’Advocacy Center à Washington, porté la candidature de PRIME POTOMAC tout au long des 10 mois qu’auront duré les négociations. Réduire le succès de PRIME POTOMAC à une intervention favorable du Ministre Secrétaire General, c’est minimiser la victoire de la diplomatie Américaine en Afrique, et notamment au Cameroun. La société PRIME POTOMAC voudrait profiter de cette occasion pour remercier, publiquement, le Département du Commerce Américain, le Département d’Etat Américain, l’Advocacy Center et l’Ambassade des Etats-Unis au Cameroun, pour leurs interventions salvatrices tout au long du processus d’attribution.

PRIME POTOMAC profite de cette opportunité pour rassurer le public Camerounais que les chantiers attribués à notre société bénéficieront d’un financement de EXIM BANK USA, au taux compétitif de 2,56% sur 10 ans ; beaucoup moins que ce que proposaient nos compétiteurs, dont la moyenne d’intérêt était d’environ 5,5% sur la même période.

Au cours des 14 prochains mois, les projets de PRIME POTOMAC créeront 800 emplois au Nord du Cameroun. Les travaux seront livrés au plus tard le 31 Octobre 2018, soit 8 mois avant la Coupe d’Afrique des Nations que le Cameroun abrite.

PRIME POTOMAC profite de cette opportunité pour inviter le Peuple Camerounais à rester soudé derrière le Leadership du Président Paul Biya, dont le Gouvernement travaille sans relâche au succès de la CAN 2019.
