A young man has landed in trouble after a woman reported him to the authorities for posting a misleading video of her on social media. In the video, he falsely claimed she was a pr******te demanding GHS5,000 from a client.

The woman, however, revealed that the incident shown in the video was completely misrepresented and taken out of context. She took legal action—and now the law is taking its course.

🎯 Let this be a reminder: think before you post! Spreading false information can destroy lives and carry serious consequences.

😳Staff of the St. Louis Senior High School in Kumasi have apprehended two students found in the trunk of a car during a foiled attempt to break bounds. The two students were found during the random search of a private vehicle, which purportedly visited the campus for a Bolt passenger pickup. Unconvinced by the driver’s account whilst returning without any passenger, security officers decided to conduct a search, leading to the discovery.

Diplomatic Security Service writes: Diplomatic Security Service special agents at U.S. Embassy Ghana worked with Ghanaian authorities to assist the FBI – Federal Bureau of Investigation in the extradition of Joseph Badu Boateng aka Dada Joe Remix. Boateng was indicted on charges of running a fraud ring that used romance and inheritance schemes to defraud U.S. victims of several million dollars. The subject is now in the United States to face justice.
