When I was 12, I made the New York Times for my Flan, resulting in my writing a cooking column called “Tim’s Tips” for Boys’ Life magazine. Now, after studying at the French Culinary Institute and after many years of testing my recipes on my

faithful and loyal fan club (my husband who gets tired of eating French cuisine every night after 7pm and our four Pomeranians who actually don’t mind the clock), I have decided to share my passion for cooking with you. I hope you will all enjoy my page and bon appetite.

Dear All,

In response to the numerous inquiries in our direct messages, I want to personally let you know that we are not closed.

Today, I simply decided to take the night off, after almost five years of not having done so! I know how many of you are disappointed, maybe frustrated, but I beg you to forgive me.

Running a small business is not easy. It comes with the hefty price tag or sacrificing a simili quiet and balanced life! For a lot of us, it's a lonely and exhausting road.
Today, and in reality, for a long while now, I am physically and mentally drained. I realized that I have not stopped and taken a minute to breathe in a very longtime. Someone reminded me how mental health could affect even our physical being.
So, tonight, I stopped and I am breathing.

I, with my team at Alibi Lounge will be back tomorrow. Please take care of each other and if needed, take a break!

I love what I do too much. I love Alibi Lounge with a passion, and above all, I love you all.
