Turning a fresh page: It's gotten quiet around here! I've been taking it slow for a bit - moving countries five times in three years has been hectic, to say the least. While I've continued to work on select projects, I've also used the time to refine and improve my editing - and it's high time for a reboot!

I've settled nicely into a permanent home and a "day job" in marketing that I enjoy, but the editing bug has been growing and growing. Case in point: Just this morning, I caught myself mentally editing one of my favorite authors.

So I'd like to announce that I'm accepting new projects again! I have also relaunched my website with a fresh new design I hope you'll like and will be posting regularly here on Facebook with useful articles and fun news.

Check out the new site here https://portablemagicediting.com, and I'm always happy to hear from you at [email protected]!

GigaOm states there is evidence that $1.99 is a bad price for your e-book: http://gigaom.com/2013/09/23/dont-price-your-ebook-at-1-99/

Evidence from Kobo’s self-publishing platform, Writing Life, suggests that $1.99 is a bad price for ebooks. That’s corroborated by recent data from self-publishing site Smashwords.
