👠❄️ Winter Princess Shoes Cake – Recipe
Cake Layers
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup whole milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). Grease and line three cake pans (graduated sizes).
2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Mix in vanilla extract.
6. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk until smooth.
7. Divide batter evenly into pans and bake 30–40 minutes.
8. Cool completely and level layers.

Buttercream Filling & Frosting
Ingredients:
500 g unsalted butter
5 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2–3 tbsp heavy cream or milk
Instructions:
1. Beat butter until creamy.
2. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla.
3. Add cream until smooth and spreadable.
4. Fill cake layers, apply a crumb coat, and chill for 20 minutes.

Cover each tier with smooth fondant in ivory white or icy blue.

Princess Shoe Topper (Fondant Shoe)
You’ll Need:
Modeling fondant or gum paste
Shoe mold or handmade template
Edible glue
Edible pearl dust / silver shimmer
Method:
1. Shape the heel and sole using gum paste and allow to dry until firm.
2. Form the upper shoe separately and attach using edible glue.
3. Let the shoe dry completely (preferably overnight).
4. Dust lightly with pearl or silver shimmer for an icy look.
