Interview With MICKEEY NGUYEN | I Am Dancing My Way Through My Awareness Of The Importance Of Self-Love

The meaning of the word ‘selfish’ has rather a negative connotation; it means the lack of consideration for others. It is often used to describe people that only think about themselves. The paradox is that someone could call us selfish for not wanting to do something they think is right, which in turn could be also considered selfish coming from their part.

We only can see from our self-perspective. Everything that we think, feel and do comes with the intention of who we allow ourselves into being. Caring about how we feel, meaning loving ourselves will allow us to dance along with the energies that emanate from us to the outer world. How we see and feel ourselves, we perceive others.

When we feel unconditional love for who we are becoming, this powerful vibration will radiate from us towards others and everything we do. It feels nice to feel nice, and it feels good to be loving and kind. In that state, we continually uplift others by becoming our own example of how to live happily ever after.

Artist Mickeey Nguyen, who can be seen as Mag on Hulu and CBC sci-fi hip hop series Utopia Falls, says: “Being part of Utopia Falls was an absolute dream. It really has reinforced my awareness of the process of this kind of craft and the importance of Self-Love.”

In this insightful interview with Mickeey, you will tune into the love for his artistic expression and will sense his infinite zest for life.

Interview With Roi Fabito Aka Guava Juice | I Am That Which I Feel Myself Into Being

Who I am? is one of the biggest questions that human beings ask themselves throughout life. Wanting to fit into a society that has so many different rules and points of view can be a tiring task. There are as many different ways of thinking as there are people on this planet. For that, reaching for everyone to agree with us and make everyone behave the way we think is right becomes a quite impossible mission.

Diverse thinking is actually our biggest benefit in defining who we want to become, and how we want to experience our life. When we know what we don’t want, we know more clearly what we do want. Here is where our freedom of choice plays its core role, we either decide to push against people and things we don’t like, or we focus on becoming who we want to be. The difference between those choices is that when we allow ourselves to align and embrace who we are, meaning our becoming, it always feels good, and when we don’t, it feels the opposite.

Like everything in life, who we are is continually evolving. The Universe is never static; it is always changing and expanding into more. Perhaps by embracing the journey of our eternal evolution and inner self-discovery, we will also embrace our free will to decide what life feels best to us and who we want to become.

YouTube genius creator and entrepreneur Roi Fabito aka Guava Juice says, “I am a huge ambassador of being who you are. Growing up, I struggled with my identity and many times I forced my personality to become someone who I wasn’t just to be “cool” or to conform with the other kids around me.”

In this inspiring interview with Roi, you will discover his process of embracing who he wants to be, as well as his creative journey towards the life he wants to live.

Interview With Ciera Payton | I Emanate Outside, That Which I Choose To Radiate From Inside

Sometimes we live our lives and behave based on what we think other peoples’ expectations are. We do a lot to please them, seeking their approval and by doing that we are simply giving away our own power. On the other hand, pushing against anything or anyone is also not a good idea as it doesn’t bring the desired results, which in essence is for the simple reason to feel good.

Embracing the whole of who we are, owning every emotion we feel within ourselves and re-direct our attention towards things that feel best, is where our true power comes from. Feeling love can only emanate love. Feeling compassion is seeing others in their fullest potential of well-being. Looking forward to things that feel good, is the best contribution to ourselves, hence our beautiful Planet.

Allowing others to be is honoring everyone’s choice no matter how different we might think or be from each other. And it comes first from allowing ourselves to align with God/Source, meaning connect to the energy of love and well-being that is always present within. The variety of thinking between all of us is an opportunity to clarify our preferences. It’s like the dance of diverse energies that create our own, personal worlds. What we all do have in common, is that we all want to love and feel the love.

Dr. Wayne Dyer cited in one of his books the phrase of Swami Muktananda, who said: “Feeling good is feeling God. Feeling God is feeling good.” Whatever we give to ourselves, it is what we give to others.

Artist Ciera Payton, who can be seen as Lyli on the BET’s Tyler Perry series The Oval, says: “If you are radiating inwardly, then you are sure to shine on the outside.”

This interview with Ciera will inspire you to reflect on your life’s journey, as she shares her own. You will also discover her experience of working with Tyler Perry, and the one-woman show she has written, Michael’s Daughter.

The Benefits Of Meditation And How To Quiet Your Mind Explained Simple

By quieting our minds, our habitual thought patterns slow down naturally, increasing our vibration and creating space to receive new thoughts. Abraham-Hicks explains that in this state, our mind clears up and we are keener on receiving thoughts than on thinking them. We become more open, and we feel that images stream easily like a movie; we are experiencing the bliss of a daydream.

Interview With STEPHANIE TURNER | Aligning With The Whole Of Who I Am, For That Connecting With Others

We label everything in order to identify that which we want to express with words, which in turn our mind translates into thoughts and images connected to our life experiences.

We all are seeking to connect, that’s why we expose our opinions, hence our own perspective of the truth, often wanting people to agree with us. We sometimes judge those who disagree, we label good or bad behavior, triggering emotions that don’t feel so good to us.

Perhaps, the closest synonymous to the word “connection” is the word “alignment.” Being in alignment represents being in connection with your inner-self, and then seeing the world from that broader perspective of love and compassion. In that uplifting state fo being, we have the ability to see the full, total version of others, connecting to the inner-self part of them.

Ultimately, we can’t control anyone, we can only control where we direct our attention, meaning to deliberately experience our innate freedom and focus on anything we think is best for us.

When we asked actor and filmmaker Stephanie Turner, who stars as Lisa in her first feature film Justine available on Netflix, about the awareness she aims the audience to take away from watching it, she responded: “To be open to connecting with one another.”

In this interview with Stepanie, you will discover her inspiring unfolding during the process of creating Justine, as well as her insights to align with the life you desire, and connecting with yourself and others.

Who I AM. I Am A Field Of Infinite Possibilities. I Am The Creator Of My Own Life.

I am, in essence, a vibrational being experiencing a material world in a physical body. I was never as clear as I am now; I am that which I think myself into being. Throughout my life experience and in time becoming more aware of how my thoughts are physically crystallized, my faith in the unseen has solidified. As I naturally expand my consciousness, feeling my way through seeking more clarity, I sense a continual improvement in my existence by consciously creating my own life.

Interview With Molly McCook | I Am Consciously Breathing To Connect With My Inner Self

We all think around 60000 – 70000 thoughts every day, and most of them are the same or similar. Thoughts become beliefs, they shape our perspective and trigger emotions that indicate on which direction we are focused. When we want to soothe our thoughts and slow them down, the best practice is to go to a place of no to little thoughts. Meditative state or in other words, conscious breathing is a sign of life, and by taking deliberate control over it our awareness naturally raises. As a result, instead of thinking thoughts, we will start receiving them.

This practice can be done at any given moment. Comfortably seating down, close your eyes and focus on your breathe in and breathe out. After a few minutes of doing this, you will start feeling relief. Meditation brings us to a state of stillness creating the space for new thoughts and creative ideas to be received. By consciously breathing, you will tune into the dance of energies that create worlds flowing to and through your physical body, a pleasant sensation that will benefit you, and by your vibrant presence others.

When we asked artist Molly McCook, who can be seen as Mandy Baxter on FOX series Last Man Standing, about her inner practice to re-connect with herself, she said: “Breathing. As simple as that sounds. A type of meditation.”

In this insightful interview with Molly, you will discover more about her process of becoming Mandy, her other artistic expressions, as well the benefits of joy and believing in herself.

Interview With KATHLEEN ROSE PERKINS | My Joy Is To Be Part Of A Story That Resonates With Me

We all are storytellers; we all share stories with each other as well as with ourselves by thinking about different scenarios that haven’t yet arrived as our physicality.

Those stories shape our perspective and become that which we believe to be the truth within ourselves or in the world.

A spectrum of emotions arise depending on what we tell and those, in turn, indicate in which direction we project our focus. A good and satisfying story is the one that profoundly resonates with the whole of who we are.

Actress Kathleen Rose Perkins who can be seen as Maggie Novak on Netflix series I am Not OK with This says, “A story, a really well-told story, with a beginning, middle, and satisfying end is, to me, one of the most insatiable things in the world. I can’t get enough of a good story.”

In this inspiring interview with Kathleen, you will discover her passion for storytelling, as well as her journey to be the person and actress she wants to be.

Being open to possibilities and allowing ourselves to believe what’s in sync with that which we are becoming, will bring us to a state of infinite opportunities and satisfaction.

Actor Hemky Madera, who can be seen as Pote Galvez on USA Network’s award-winning crime drama Queen of the South, says, “Acting is my job, but my family is everything. Interview With Boris Kodjoe | LIVING IN JOY AND GRATITUDE

There are several eternal universal laws that exist, whether we are aware of them or not. They affect not only us—human beings—but every single living organism on the planet Earth and in the universe at large. Abraham Hicks says that the most powerful universal law is the Law of Attraction, explained as “That which is like unto itself is drawn.”

We are vibrational beings, translating our emotions and physical senses through energy. Our thoughts become the bases of our beliefs, which in turn trigger emotions that define the way we feel, and how we feel reflects in how we experience our existence. Often, we argue for our own limitations as we bring attention to the physical reality that is opposite to what we want. The formula is simple: when we feel unhappy, we attract more of that; when we feel good, a beautiful world opens up in front of us, and we feel invincible. In that sense, true success does not lie in attaining things, as we evolve by always wanting more, but in the journey of deliberately caring about how we want to feel.

German actor and entrepreneur Boris Kodjoe, who resides in the US with his wife, also an actress, Nicole Ari Parker, and his two children, says, “Joy and gratitude are catalysts for a heightened energetic frequency, which manifests positive results through the Law of Attraction.”

In this uplifting interview, you will discover Boris Kodjoe’s professional and personal path towards living a joyful life in gratitude.

Our Story

The Essence of Joyful Living

The Hedonist Magazine explores themes ranging from fashion, gourmet events and bespoke traveling experiences to topics related to investment, entrepreneurship, entertainment, and stories of success.

We pride ourselves in creating a refined and modern visual language, a high-quality texture of the print and polished presentation – elements that define our conception of what we consider a discernible-luxurious and hedonistic experience. But most importantly, what we believe the most valuable, lies in the depth and sophistication with which we treat each story, as well as the positive message and inspiring discourse of self-awareness throughout the creative process which we call – Life.

In the spiritual realm, we see the intangible as a limitless source of energy manifested through our thoughts. Therefore, we think of luxury as physical evidence of our innate power to create the life we consider is best for us. The Hedonist is the union of both, physical and spiritual in one.
