I think back to when I first had the idea to start my own podcast when I was jobless and opportunities for employment were bleak due to COVID. News Crumbs the Podcast emerged to serve people from my generation that don’t have time or patience to sit through countless of news stories covered daily. Being a bi-lingual speaker I wanted to translate that into my work. That’s when I started making News Crumbs Edición Especial. I wanted to serve my community as well. Slowly I have been making changes that is redefining the different styles. It is why the lastest episode of News Crumbs Edición Especial, you will notice more coverage on Latin based news. In my early 20’s I have seen the historical changes recently through the lens of a journalist. It has changed my perspective and the direction I want to take within this industry where media outlets have been scrutinized by the public and have lost part of its trust. I will continue to work hard to make News Crumbs a trusted source within my generation. Pienso atrás cuando tuve la idea en comenzar mi propio podcast cuando no tuve trabajo y las oportunidades eran difíciles debido a Covid. News Crumbs el Podcast era diseñado para las personas de mi generación que no tienen tiempo ni la paciencia para obtener innumerables noticias diarias de fuentes confiables. Incluso, cubro variedades de noticias dentro de 6 minutos! Ser una bilingüe, quería reflejar ese aspecto a mi trabajo. Fue de ahí, que nació News Crumbs Edición Especial. Poco a poco e refinado el estilo para servir a mi comunidad latina. En el video más reciente, notarás que la cobertura eran enfocadas a noticas latinas. E visto la clima histórica dentro de la perspectiva de una periodista. Mi perspectiva a cambiado con el tiempo y la dirección en la que quiero seguir en esta industria donde el público a escrutado y a perdido la confianza.
