Rest in Parrot Paradise, dear Jimmy Buffett.

One of my absolute CAREER HIGHLIGHTS was being asked by Jimmy Buffett to perform and provide the music for his wife's big birthday a few years back at their home in Sag Harbor. You can just imagine the guest list; rock & roll and Hollywood royalty for sure. Jimmy had asked many of his musician friends to perform special songs for Jane; and we, The Starlight Orchestra, acted as the host band and accompanied each guest artist. Jon Bon Jovi, Billy Joel, Jimmy himself and a personal highlight was James Taylor playing my guitar! Another highlight was Richard Gere standing on the side of the stage watching every move we made. We later had a great chat about his guitar collection. While every client is truly a superstar to us, being asked to play such an important role in Jimmy's personal milestone day was totally thrilling!!!
Jimmy brought happy music and a breezy lifestyle to so many people, whose lives are forever enriched. I hope you are rocking it out and sailing through eternity. RIPP Jimmy

PS Shoutout to Bankie Banx in Anguilla, as I know that Jimmy was instrumental in launching his Moonsplash concert events, which I have always wanted to be part of!!!
