Libya’s coast guard says it has rescued 165 migrants, including 34 women and 12 children, and recovered the body of a child off the eastern coast of the capital, Tripoli.

Coast guard spokesman Ayoub Gassim says the migrants were stuck for more than 60 hours at sea after their rubber boat capsized on Saturday.

He says they were rescued on Tuesday and taken to a naval base in Tripoli, many with serious sunburns.

From more then 3 years i have been hostage of the Uscis .
I can't cross the USA border, i can't perform or work out of USA, i cannot visit my family in Italy, i can travel out of the stars and stripes.
My right of freedom has been abolished.
There are no legal reasons for this violence.
The are playing the more evidences game to slow down every request of Green Card.
They are killing my time, the most precius source of life.
My first request of Green Card was rejected after 1.5 year of pending status without a formal explanation.
I reapplied and they obliged me to redo all medical test again for a total of 600$ , 8 shots of vaccines, 1oz of blood.
I paid almost 4000$ between taxes and immigration services.
3500$ in legal fee and the only thing i got from lawyers so far are illusions and grotesque smiles.
One of them said that my case it's out of her hands and the only thing i could do it's staying positive : she texted me from a bourgeois resort in South Africa where she was in holiday.
I had 2 requests of more evidences in 2 years, the last one was about my Birth Ceritifcate : the Uscis guy at the interview claimed it was false.
I tried with patience and love to explain to him that the birth certificate has a stamp released by the City Hall where i was born and it was recorded with a unique serial number , so he could have called the office in Italy and verify it.
I also added that i have a regular Italian passport , and if i wasnt born in Italy i wont have a Passport.
He replied that he was in charge, he doesn't need my tips to do his job and as cherry on top for him i don't look italian at all.
Who ve met me before knows how Italian i do look and sound.
He kicked me out his office with another request of evidence.
The 13th October 2017 I repliedb to the Uscis office with a brand new italian birth certificate and an extra dossier of 50 pages and since then after 150days , silence is the only answer.
Immigration in this state is a huge rutheless business with an abnormal level of violation of human rights even worst that mine.
