Ok ok ok.. So now that we got over the whole not wearing shorts at the gym thang…

💁🏻‍♀️Am I saying you have to take off your shirt at the gym? Nah. But I have gotten almost this exact message countless times from clients and followers….

🗯“Omg omg omg Christy, I just trained and I only wore a sports bra! I have always wanted to do that but I felt self conscious. I feel so much more confident now!”

So apparently this is a common desire. I remember when I first started training sans shirt… it was freeing! It’s hard to figure out why this was an important test for me.. But now I freely wear whatever makes me feel confident or just comfortable.

And yes, I wore just sports bras to the gym before I got a b**b job. And yes, I still have body insecurities such as having a core shaped like a juice box. But you know what? This juice box ran a 500lb yoke and deadlifted 450lbs. So whatever.

💪🏻Train hard. Wear what you want. And mind yo business. Life is too short to care what others think.
