Bark Barbecue was set up today selling some amazing food at this pop up, and you can tell when you sink your teeth into his food it was cooked slow and to perfection like any pitmaster should cook there food. UPDATE TO THE STORY the Staten Island District attorneys office will be fully prosecuting this suspect for his actions.

Ladies and gentlemen,
On 4/12/2020 at about 5:30am there was an attack on an EMT here on Staten Island, as well as hospital staff and security. The Staten Island D.As office refuses to peruse a case against this scumbag, because the male who viciously attacked a female EMT "doesn't remember what happened".

This person is (was) at facing 2 felonies. There is a law in place that says, assaulting an EMT or Paramedic is punishable up to 7 years in prison. It is rare that anyone is actually fully charged after assaulting an EMT or Paramedic. It's also a felony to attacks the nurses that he did

The video and the picture is below. You let me know if you think he "wasnt in the right frame of mind" or he "doesnt remember" cause he was drunk or high

This person was not staggering, there was no one threatening him, the EMT he hit wasnt even looking in his direction when he brutally assaulted her and knocked her unconscious.

*** UPDATE ***
It has also come to my attention that there was a FDNY Paramedic also assaulted who he punched in her head multiple times and now has a severe arm injury putting her out of work at this time.

UPDATE to this story, the suspect was arraigned and and charged with 2nd degree assault , and will be fully prosecuted.

Please share this.

OZPKRBA Official letter and response to shooting this morning at 87-18 Liberty Ave RRR Lounge. Residents & businesses, in and around Liberty Ave between 87 & 89 Streets, 87 Street between Liberty Ave and 107 Ave, 88 & 89 Streets between 103 & 107 Avenues. March 9, 2019 To whom it may concern, The Ozone Park Residents Block Association is disgusted with the “RRR Lounge” and the problems this location, this element of clientele, and the improper management this establishment has caused to our family community. This is NOT the first incident and it should be noted that this same individual has had problems with another bar in Brooklyn. This not only disrupts our lives but that of all the businesses that cannot open while the investigation is current and still active. This is not a heavily commercial block and therefore should not be entertaining bars of any kind. We are asking ALL city agencies, NYS SLA, NYS Health Dept., NYC Buildings Dept., NYC Police Dept., & NYC Community Affairs Departments, to investigate, look into and rescind the liquor license issued to RRR Lounge Inc. License listed as serial number 1299807, on-premises liquor, issued June 25, 2017, to the principal owner Sezar Toribio, last known address is ***-** ** St, Ozone Park NY 11417, for location 87-18 Liberty Ave Ozone Park NY 11417. It is to be noted that the owner Sezar Toribio also owned another nuisance bar, of which the license was possibly revoked and is no longer active, for another shooting inside that bar, ”Fire Lounge” located at 593 3rd Ave Brooklyn NY 11215, serial number 1275216, for on-premises license, which seems to be inactive and revoked July 18, 2018. A shooting occurred on April 15, 2018, inside that bar, with similar circumstances, almost identical to last night’s shooting in Ozone Park, at this bar “RRR Lounge”. Last known document is listed as owner of record, of the property, as “88-18 Liberty Realty LLC” which owns (Block # 9150) (Lot # 9) 87-18 Liberty Ave, Ozone Park NY 11417, home of RRR Lounge, last known signature on file is Anthony Lagos, whose LLC is registered at (block # ****) (Lot # **) ***-** ** Ave Whitestone NY 11357, which is a private residence. This location, 87-18 Liberty Ave has been the scene of numerous incidents in the last year with the last one a robbery of a patron that was followed from the bar, by patrons of the bar, to his home on 88 St, around the corner where he was robbed, October 29, 2018. The police have been called to this location on numerous occasions and the neighbors, surrounding residents, and businesses all corroborate the seriousness of the crimes and criminal element this bar brings. Given that Mr. Toribio, has been a problem in Park Slope and now Ozone Park, it is apparent that his license should be revoked and this establishment closed down as a nuisance, problem-prone location and the building itself needs to be looked at for flagrant & blatant violations of every type for the building, the owner, the business and the owner of the business. Enough is enough. We are also are calling upon Community Board 10, to put this location on their next meeting agenda and vote to rescind this license. We are also asking Board 10, for any locations inside the confines of Ozone Park, to notify us of any and all intentional applications, of any and all liquor, beer & wine licenses that apply to Ozone Park Businesses for now on, so we can also do our due diligence IE past revocations, other problem prone locations, and check with people that actually live there, Etc. We need to work together. We also want to point out that another bar Mikes Tavern located at 88 14 Liberty Ave Ozone Park, NY 11417 is 228 feet apart from RRR Lounge. I also want to point out that CB 9 has now implemented a program of restricted hours on the licenses for a business to sell alcohol, in their community board confines. With this said, The OZPKRBA, stands with the community and says we want this establishment finally closed. It should also be noted that this is not a location for a bar. Once again we have to address concerns caused by this very location. Enough is enough. EMERGENCY 5 BORO SUMMIT CALL TO ACTION UPDATED This is an URGENT open call to every civic, block association, block watcher, organization, development corps, bids, clubs, fraternal, community boards, and others, chairs and president’s, and all leaders who represent their community’s best interest, throughout the 5 Boroughs. The Ozone Park Block Association is calling for every leader, president, chair, from every community, neighborhood, and town, from every Borough, across the city of NY, for a summit meeting on how to proceed, and stand together, work together, and come up with a solution to the crisis facing NYC, the homeless shelter placement, of 90 shelters, in our residential, family, communities. This is not about each shelter’s significant impact on their own community, but a summit that will discuss legal actions. Our attorney has found possible grounds and we need to discuss this going forward on how to proceed and see how many communities are willing to stand with us, in this fight, jointly. At the same time, we want to present to the city in the future, ideas and ways to discuss helping solve the problem rather than putting them in warehouses, converted buildings and making a select few people very, very, wealthy on the backs of the homeless. This will be a controlled environment. This will not be a forum about our political views, or our disgust with the mayor. Because at the end of the day most will agree on those things. This is about: 1-Being proactive to a solution that can be presented to either this administration or the next one. We are NOT anti-homeless but we are not happy with not being consulted, NOT having local Community Board input, and not helping the homeless to transition and assimilate, but to keep them suppressed and in the system. It is time for a change. 2- Deciding as a collective group of civic-minded leaders how to go forward and possible legal actions, such as class action suit. 3-How to tighten the laws on s*x offenders so they cannot be hidden in our shelters, they cannot live near schools or playgrounds. 4- How we mobilize if that is the next part of our protest. 5-Next summit in another Boro. 6-Listen to at least 1 Congress Member, 1 state Senator & Assemblyman, and 1 NYC Councilmember, to how the state and city can work together on new legislation and how we can collectively help them to move this agenda quickly, 7-adding to the Padavan Law, homeless shelters. We are asking at LEAST ONE (1) representative from every civic, organization, board, club, etc. that represents their community, neighborhood, enclaves, subdivisions, and towns, to please come to the meeting. This is NOT an open meeting to the public. This is a summit being called as an urgent emergency meeting, to a crisis that is being pushed into our residential communities. This is not about opinions but FACTS. This is for us to effect change. We have an attorney that has stepped up to represent us, we can use more if more want to work with him. The more heads the better. We will put together an advisory panel that will work with the lawyer (s) if we choose to go forward and to represent us. I will NOT lay out our plan of action here, it will be done in private, at the summit. Lawyers that want to work on this contact me. Lawyers come prepaid. Please be respectful as our Ozone Park elected officials, as well as others, who have supported us from the start will be present at the meeting. We will NOT allow for disrespect or bashing. This is strictly to discuss these things and that is it. Please be ready and prepared and let’s fight together for a better NYC. The elected officials have been invited to guide us, counsel us and see if they can create change in Albany and NYC and maybe even in Congress. They will be speaking and addressing us. You must register with the [email protected] to receive the credentials to attend. We do not want lurkers or spies coming, we do not want unwanted troublemakers, so please forward us an email with the name (s), the organization they represent, the title role, if any, an email address and a contact telephone number, all this is a must. We will process this and send you a reply back as a confirmation that you will need to print and show at the door. We are taking this very seriously. The meeting is Friday, February 8, 2019, starting around 6 PM. DESHI Center, 83-10 Rockaway BLVD Ozone Park NY 11416. We will provide pizza and bottled water, coffee and cake. Please try to block out 2 hours. This is that important and that serious. I cannot emphasize this enough. We will discuss having this summit in each of the other Boroughs and moving around the city as we are welcomed. BUT in order to change the narrative, we need to show the administration, the city council, and the elected officials we can and will mobilize our people if we are not treated with the respect we deserve. PLEASE SHARE, RESHARE, POST, REPOST, COPY AND PASTE, TO EVERY NYC GROUP you are in and every page for every community and association across the 5 Boroughs. Also send a copy to all email addresses you have of all civic, organizations, groups, clubs, and representatives of their respective community’s. Community Boards, please forward to all your local civics, organizations, associations that represent the different areas, in your board. We need to get this letter out to everyone and anyone that represents an area within the 5 Boroughs. Please feel free to forward as needed. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE. And we need your help and cooperation to make this a major success. Stand on the right side of history and be proactive. “UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL" And finally please check your ego’s at the door. We are all masters at what we do, how we do it and all the accomplishments we have succeeded AT, so please this is about being proactive not about a person’s ego.
