La IA no va a reemplazarte. Va a mostrarte quién realmente eres.

Y eso puede ser incómodo.

Últimamente he estado reflexionando sobre algo: cada vez que uso inteligencia artificial, me enfrento a mis propios límites.

Si mis instrucciones son confusas, los resultados son confusos. Si mis ideas no están claras, la IA no puede arreglarlas por mí.

La verdad es que la IA funciona como un espejo.

Te devuelve la calidad de tu pensamiento. Te muestra qué tan bien conoces tu negocio. Te expone cuando no sabes lo que quieres decir.

Y aquí viene lo poderoso:

Si le das contexto claro, te multiplica. Si le das propósito, te amplifica. Si le das tu esencia, se convierte en tu mejor aliado.

Pero si le das confusión, solo te va a devolver más confusión.

La pregunta que me hago (y que te invito a hacerte) es:

¿Estás usando la IA para cubrir tus vacíos o para potenciar tu claridad?

Porque la diferencia entre ambos caminos es enorme.

Some people don’t just enter our lives. They transform them forever.

This incredible woman changed the entire course of mine.

Liliana was my career counselor during one of the most uncertain chapters of my life. I was lost, trying major after major, watching each one fall flat. Nothing felt right. Nothing clicked. I was exhausted, discouraged, and honestly? Ready to give up on myself.

El 2024 me llevó por un camino de retos, aprendizajes y transformaciones. Mientras me preparo para dar la bienvenida al 2025, reflexiono sobre las lecciones que este año dejó en mí.

Fue un año de contrastes, de cimas y abismos, pero cada experiencia, buena o difícil, construyó una versión más fuerte, más consciente y más resiliente de mí mismo. Reafirmé algo que aprendí hace mucho: Hay que lograr que las cosas en la vida sucedan más por diseño y menos por accidente. Cada día es una oportunidad para moldear nuestro presente y construir nuestro futuro.

Valoro profundamente las nuevas amistades que iluminaron mi camino este año y celebro con gratitud a esos amigos de hace 5, 10, 20 y 30 años, cuya presencia sigue siendo un pilar en mi vida. Cada uno de ustedes tiene mi respeto, mi cariño y mi eterna admiración.

Para el 2025, les deseo salud, proyectos que enciendan su pasión y momentos que se conviertan en recuerdos inolvidables. ¡Feliz Año Nuevo!
