Q1: When will the server open? How long will this test last?
The open beta test with paid features will start on July 25th. You can download the game from Google Play.

Q2: Are there any benefits during the testing period?
For the first 7 days, you can receive test benefits through in-game emails by playing daily. The benefits include a variety of resources such as stamina and pizza. Q3: What is the goal of the game?
As a Candidate, you need to use the coin catapult to produce coins for building world structures. To become a world mayor, you must repair more buildings, unlock more mayor territories, attract more City Pals, and defeat villains.
Q4: How to get more spins?
You can earn extra spins by inviting friends to join the game. The system will also automatically give away some free spins every hour. Participating in in-game activities and tasks can also earn you spins.
Q5: How can I protect my city from attacks?
Players can use shields to protect their cities, which can be obtained by spinning the coin catapult. When the City PalโLeafhug joins, the shield limit will be increased.
Q6: How to get more coins?
Spinning the coin catapult is the main source of gold coins. You can also attack other players' cities to plunder their coins, complete city construction tasks, and participate in in-game activities.
Q7: How to obtain and use Stickers?
Stickers can be obtained by purchasing gift packs. Collecting complete sticker sets will recieve reward.
Q8: How to contact the game customer service team?
You can contact the game customer service team by messaging our official Facebook and submitting a ticket through Discord.
Q9: How to interact with friends?
If players log in through their Facebook account, the system will automatically access their friend list. You can attack your friends' cities and steal their coins.
Q10: How to obtain and use Pals?
Pals can be obtained by completing the Main Task. On the second day of continuous login, you will receive an orange rarity Pal as a gift. You can also obtain pets by opening treasure boxes through TOWN-CHEST and incubating TOWN-EGG.
Q11: How to change and swap your Pal?
Click on Pal - RESHUFFLE - select Pal Avatar - REST PAL to rest the pal from battle.
Click on Pal - RESHUFFLE - select Pal Avatar - SWAP PAL to swap pals without loss.

Q12: How to check your character ID?
Enter the game and click on the upper right corner. Under "avatar," you can see your ID: ###xx, which is your character ID.
Q13: What should you do if you encounter issues like battle freeze or a black screen?
We suggest closing the game and restarting the app. If the issue persists, please record the situation and contact us via Facebook Messenger or submit a ticket on Discord.
