Comedy Central holds on to the top spot again this week. We noticed something really exciting on Facebook. A&E grabbed an impressive 12 m views with a segment from their “Bae or Bail” prank show. The clip was perfect for social and kept our team watching - even through an embedded advertisement. Also huge increase in engagement by both USA and SYFY thanks to some highly engaging work on YouTube and Facebook.

Also we took notice that the networks climbed up the rankings by also posting about the holiday. A special technique each of them used was touching on a bit of nostalgia. This week we took notice of creative strategies the other networks were using as well. Such as Freeform creating Halloween posts to go with their “31 Nights of Halloween” campaign. They showed they understand their audience by creating a fun mash up for Double Dare. As well as taking the popular show Stranger Things and repurposing it for one of their popular shows, Henry Danger. Social networking should be fun, especially when the world can seem rather glum.
