2 cups of flour
I cup sugar
I tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1½ cups milk
1 tsp paprika
1 large tomato, diced
1 red Onion diced
½ lime , juice
I cup coriander, chopped
½ tsp salt
½ tsp white pepper
1. In a bowl mix together all the tortilla ingredients and knead it until a smooth a elastic dough is formed, allow to rest for 5 minutes.
2. Roll out until I get an inch thick and cut into long flat rectangles and then into triangles using a knife or a cutter.use a fork to prick holes on the traingles and fry in hot oil until brown and slightly crispy outside.
3. Mid your Salsa 🥑 ingredients together until well Incorporated.

1. Half-fill a frying pan with water and add a little salt and a few drops of lemon juice or vinegar if using go give taste and the white a good color and prevent it from spreading in water. Bring to a boil.
2. Break the egg carefully into a cup and drop gently into the water;draw the white gently together with a spoon to prevent it from spreading and give it a good shape.
3. Cook until white is set.
4. Lift out of water with a fish-slice or a spatula. Trim the egg and serve hot on butter toast or sandwich. ENJOY😍

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
2-3 medium sized carrots, chopped small
1 large onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped small
1/2 cup of whole milk
1/2 cup mushrooms chopped (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup bread crumbs (regular, Italian style or panko)
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon salt & 1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Adobo seasoning
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
Step 2: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute the onions ,carrots and peppers until soft and translucent.
Step 3: Transfer the onion ,carrot and pepper mixture to a large bowl and pour in the milk and add in the meat. Blend with your hands until incorporated.
Step 4: Use a cooking spray or butter to grease a loaf pan and add in meat mixture.
Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or so.
Step 6: Allow cooling on a wire rack at room temperature.

easy and simple to try Buttercream frosted Birthday cake.
You'll need :
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup milk
1 cup hot water
¼ cup oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
200g softened Butter (at room temperature)
400g icing sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp liquid milk
How to prepare :
1.In a large bowl, sift in flour, baking powder and baking soda, add salt and mix until uniform.
2. I a separate bowl, break in eggs and beat with an electric mixer while gradually adding sugar until bleaching and creamy.
3. Add in milk, hot water and vanilla extract and mix until well combined, immediately add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until smooth and there are no lumps.
4. Pour batter into a greased mould and bake for 45 minutes at 200°c or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
1. Place Butter in a large bowl and beat until bleaching, light and fluffy.
2. Gradually add the icing sugar while beating continuously until mixture is well combined.
3. Add the milk and vanilla extract and beat until well combined and smooth. Frost your cake to your desired design.

Delightful and Kids friendly cookies. A different mix of flavoures.
2 cups all-purpose flour (plus extra for kneading)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp nutmeg powder
3 tsps Milo powder
4 tbsps dehydrated pinapple powder
6 tbsps melted butter
1 large egg
half cup sugar
1. In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients until fully combined.
2. add in hot milk, break in egg, melten butter and dehydrared pinapple powder and mix to incorporate.
3. add in extra flour and mix by hand ( or with a fork for better anx neater work) , knead(inside the bowl or on a floured surface, whichever you prefer) until a coarse but slightly smooth cookie dough is achieved. Do not over knead.
4. using oiled or fooured hands, scoop a golf ball sized dough and place on a greased baking tray then press down with a fork to flatten and create patterns.
5. bake for 8 minutes at 180 degrees celcius until risen and well cooked.
dust with milo and pineapple powder to finish 😋

Then perfecting it all with some.grounded Kuli Kuli 😋.. yum.

1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, divided
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 cups baby arugula
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well.
Season shrimp with salt and pepper, to taste; set aside.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic, oregano and red pepper flakes, and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until pink, about 2-3 minutes; set aside.
Melt remaining 6 tablespoons butter in the skillet. Stir in pasta, arugula and Parmesan until arugula begins to wilt, about 2 minutes. Stir in shrimp.
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired

1 and 1/2 cups (180g) all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoons (25g) sugar (optional)
2 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch cinnamon (optional)
1 pinch salt
2 medium ripe bananas
1 cup (240 ml) milk
2 large eggs
1/4 cup (60 ml) canola oil

In a medium bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, sugar*, baking powder, cinnamon if using, and salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mash the bananas with a fork (it’s ok if small chunks remain). Add the eggs and pour in the milk and canola oil, mixing until just combined.
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, and mix until just combined (do not overmix). Let sit for a couple of minutes.
Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. For each pancake, spoon about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form over the surface of the pancakes, then flip with a thin spatula, and cook 1 or 2 additional minutes.
Serve warm, with maple syrup drizzled on top and extra toppings** of your choice.

2 Cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs(beaten)
2 ½ cups mashed overripe bananas


Preheat oven to 350° F(175° C). Lightly grease a 9 by 5 "inch loaf Pan.
In a Large bowl, combine flour,baking soda and salt. In a seperate bowl, mix together butter and brown sugar until creamy. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.Stir banana mixture into flour mixture ;stir just to moisten . Pour batter into preheated loaf Pan
Bake in Preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes,then turn out onto a wire rack. Your Banana Bread is ready!

Combine milk with vinegar in a medium bowl and set aside for 5 minutes to sour.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Whisk egg and butter into milk. Pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and whisk until lumps are gone.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and coat with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto the skillet, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with a spatula, and cook until browned on the other side.

Potato Wedges with Cheddar cheese Sauce :*
What you'll need
Potato Wedge-
• 2 1/2 pounds (1.13 kilos) potatoes
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or 2 garlic cloves, minced)
• 2 teaspoons dried parsley
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Cheddar cheese sauce -
4 tbsp butter
½ cup onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
4 tbsp flour
1 cup chicken stock
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup whole milk
1 CUP of Ale beer
5 CUP of cheddar cheese, grated
½ tsp mustard powder
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp kosher salt

Potato Wedges-
1.Preheat the oven to 450 °F (230 °C). Pour the olive oil onto
a rimmed cookie sheet. Add the spices and mix with the
olive oil. Some people prefer to mix the oil, spices and
potatoes in a bag but I prefer the other way as it doesn't
dirty up a bag.
2.Clean the potatoes and slice the potato into even wedges.
Put the potatoes on the cookie sheet and use your hands to
coat the potatoes with the olive oil mix.
3.The baking time will vary depending on how big your
wedges are. I usually bake mine for 20 minutes, take them
out of the oven to flip them, and bake for another 10 – 15
minutes. If you want them crispier, bake them for a few
minutes longer.
4.Let sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
5.Eat immediately or at room temperature.
1. Melt butter over medium heat in a sauce pan(or pot) , with a stir. Once it has melted, remove from heat (don't let it cook too long)
2. Now add in onion and garlic to the melted butter and cook for about 5 minutes until translucent. Add in flour and cook for about 2 minutes storing continuously until it begins to brown and thicken like paste.
3. Add the chicken stock, heavy cream and whole milk.
4. While cooking, add ale beer then keep storing until it it we'll mixed and thicken while it simmers.
5. Now add in your grated cheese into the thicken liquid and add your spices then stir to combine. (Here's a trick/hack to test or make sure you sauce is read, take your spoon out of the sauce and wipe it clean. Dip it back into the sauce, if it coats the back of the spoon and you can run you finger though it without the sauce running/sticking, it is ready).
Serve potato wedges topped with cheese sauce and enjoy.

Conchas Recipe

2 1/2 teaspoon yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3/8 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cub melted butter(margarine)
1 egg
4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/3 cups sugar (again)
1 teaspoon vanila extract
1. In a large bowl, stir together the yeast and warm water. Mix in the milk, 3/8 cup sugar, 1/3 cup melted butter, salt, egg and half of the flour. Gradually mix in the remaining flour, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface to knead as soon as it pulls together.
3. Knead for 6 to 8 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Place in a large grease bowl, and turn the dough to coat. Cover, and let rise in a warm place until double, about 1 hour.
4. Make the topping while the dough rises. In a medium bowl, beat 2/3 cup sugar and 1/2 cup butter until light and fluffy. Stir in the flour until the mixture is the consistency of thick paste. Divide into two parts, and place one part in a seperate bowl. Mix cinnamon into one half, and vanilla into the other half.
5. When the dough is done rising, cut into 12 even-sized pieces. Shape into balls, and place on a greased cookie sheet, spacing about 3 inches apart. Divide each bowl of topping into 6 balls, and pat flat. Place circles of topping on top of the dough balls patting down lightly. Use a knife to cut grooves in the topping like a clam shell. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 4 to 5 minutes.
6. Preheat the oven 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Bake for 20 minutes, or until lighty golden brown.

1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp yeast
1tsp salt
100g melted butter
3 cups chocolate ice cream
1 1.5 cup confectioners sugar
1. Addd flour in a bowl together with milk , salt, sugar, melted butter , eggs and yeast and make a soft dough for doughnuts.
2. Cover your dough and let it rise for 2 to 3 hours.
3. After 2 to 3 hours open your dough and make shapes.
4.After this , fry your doughnuts. place on a cooling rack to cool
5. in a separate bowl, beat ice cream and confectioners sugar until smooth and well combined.
6. Dip top of doughnuts into frosting and place on a patchment paper lined baking tray.

Havn't had these yet 😕 , then you're missing alot 😜 handy lunch-for dinner idea, perfect for Thanksgiving and family gatherings. This pie pockets are the absolute crowd pleasers!
Ingredient :
1kg Flour
300g minced chicken Half teaspoon of salt 2 teaspoon of baking powder 500g Butter Water Seasoned cube 4 medium size carrots 4 medium size irish potatoes 2 medium size onion 2 eggs Vegetable oil
1. Preheat your oven to about 350°F.
2. Wash and diced the potatoes, carrots and onions. Add seasoned cube, salt, onion, curry and thyme to the minced chicken. Leave it in the fridge for like 30 minutes for it to marinate.
3. Boil the potatoes and carrot in water for like 5 minutes. Add salt to taste. Pour into a sieve to remove the water and set aside.
4. Fry the chicken with vegetable oil add about 100ml of water and continue to stir fry it for like 10 minutes. You can add a little more water if needed.
5. Pour the potatoes and carrots and continue to fry it. Add about 50ml water to 4 teaspoon of flour in a cup and stir. Pour the content into the meat and continue stirring for another 2 minutes.
6. Pour the flour into a bowl, add baking powder and a little pinch of salt. Mix with your hand properly. Add butter bit by bit and mix with your hand until you finish all the butter. Add about 150ml water and continue mixing with your hand until stiff dough is formed.
7. Rub butter on the oven tray. Break the egg in a plate and mix it. Roll out the dough with a roller to about 6mm thickness.
8. Use a cutter to make a round cut on the roll out dough. Scoop some of the chicken sauce into the center the round cuts, Rub the egg on the inside edge of the cut chicken of pie dough. Fold it and use your fork to make a design at the edge of each chicken pie.
9. Arrange the chicken pie into the oven tray and put it inside the preheated oven to bake for like 30 minutes. A golden yellow chicken pie is achieved.

Omelette Surprise~~ Ingredients 4 egg white 250 g of sugar 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 Pionono 4 bowls of ice cream 16 strawberries 50 cc of milk 50 g of chocolate STEPS: 1. Place the egg whites in a bowl( or blender). Add sugar and lemon juice. Mix well, take the bowl to double boiler whisking until the sugar is completely dissolved. 2. Bring the preparation (hot) to the blender and continue beating until the meringue becomes consistent.Put it in a refrigirator for 2-3 hours.Now, Place a square of pionono on a plate. Place at the centre, scoop of ice-cream. Spread ice-creamm over sliced strawberries and leave in freezer for 15 minutes. 3.For the chocolate sauce, heat milk. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. let cool and set aside.Place the meringue in a sleeve with the nozzle you want and fully cover the ice-cream and strawberries. 4. Bring to freezer until ready to serve. If desired, broil in very hot oven. Serve dessert with chocolate sauce.
