Chopped Cabbage Salad no boring soggy salads over here!!!!!! Ingredients: - 1 cup chopped purple cabbage - 1 cup chopped green cabbage - 2 stalks celery - 2 green onions (or 4 mini ones) - 3 carrots - 1 mini cucumber - 2 tbsp parsley - 2 tbsp cilantro - 1 tbsp mint - handful sprouted almonds - topping — avocado, sesame seeds, flakey salt & pepper - 1 chicken breast (plus salt and water or chicken broth to cook) - + dressing* *Dressing — - 1 carrot - 1 nub of ginger - 1 tbsp tahini - 3 green onion tops - 1/2 lime juice - 2 tbsp coconut aminos - 1 tbsp rice vinegar - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil - 1/4 clove garlic - 1/4 clove shallot - 1 dash of toasted sesame oil - 1 tsp honey - salt & pepper Recipe: 1. Season chicken breast and add to a pot and submerge in broth or filtered water, bring to a boil then reduce heat and cover, cook for about 15-20 mins or until reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees, then remove and set aside to rest and shred when cooled 2. Finely chop all the veggies and herbs and almonds and add to a bowl 3. Blend all the dressing ingredients together, shake up any extra with water to get every last drop 4. Toss shredded chicken in with salad and dressing 5. Add toppings & enjoy

Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad 🍝🍗🥗❤️‍🔥 [~400 cals 38g protein]

Since we’ve reached the end of the year, I’ll be re-sharing some of my favorite videos from the year this week! This one is definitely in my top 3 🤩

(Pasta Salad)
✰ 1 box protein pasta (~14oz)
✰ 16 oz chicken breast
- seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper
✰ 1-2 cups romaine lettuce
(Dressing)
✰ 1 1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt
✰ 1/4 lemon juice
✰ garlic powder
✰ oregano
✰ 1/4 cup Parmesan
(Parmesan and croutons for topping)
1. Cook pasta until al dente.
2. Cube, season and cook chicken on pan on high heat until internal temp is 165F
3. Combine dressing ingredients.
4. Combine pasta, chicken, and lettuce with dressing and enjoy!

(Makes 6 servings):

This video and recipe live rent free in my head. Getting rid of cheat days/cheat meals was the best decision ever 🤩

Recipe:
✰ 2 burger buns
✰ 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
✰ Siracha and spices (garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt and pepper)
✰ 2, 4 oz chicken breasts
✰ 1/2 cup cornflakes
✰ chick fil a sauce (1/3 cup Greek yogurt, 3 tbsp sf bbq sauce, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt and pepper)
✰ pickles
Directions
1. Crush corn flakes.
2. Preheat air fryer to 400 F or oven to 450 F
3. Add yogurt, Siracha and seasoning to chicken then coat in crushed corn flakes.
4. Bake/air fry for 10 min on each side or until internal temp is 165F.
5. Combine ingredients for chick-fil-a sauce.
6. Assemble sand which and enjoy!
