The mindset shift has been the biggest change for me. During the time I was doing these workouts, I was in a terrible place with my relationship with food and myself. I was exercising because I hated my body and wanted to change it, not because I loved it and wanted to take care of it.

Over the years, I’ve been able to learn from my mistakes. Ive been able to transform not only my physique but my mentality. I have never been as happy, confident and fulfilled as I am now.

Of course, I still struggle with things like body image and comparison from time to time but taking a step back and putting into perspective make all the difference!

Never forget you are fearfully and wonderfully made and deserve to treat yourself like the queen that you are πŸ’…πŸ’–

Also this is no shade to chloe! A lot of her workouts are brutal and they’re a great starting place - just talking about the pipeline here haha ✨

I based this recipe off the liv express teriyaki chicken recipe in my fast food cookbook and she did not disappoint!! My new go to 🀩🀩

Ingredients
(Steak)
✰ 16 oz sirloin steak
- seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper
(Teriyaki Sauce)
✰ 1/4 cup (60g) low sodium soy sauce
✰ 1 tbsp (8g) corn starch
✰ 1/2 cup (118 ml) water
✰ 1 garlic clove
✰ 2 tbsp (16g) monkfruit
✰ ginger, salt, and pepper to taste
✰ 1-2 tsp (5-10g) chili oil crunch (optional)
(Rice)
✰ 1 pack Trader Joe’s veggie fried rice
✰ 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
✰ garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper
(Optional homemade yum yum sauce, green onion and sesame seeds for topping)
✰ Yum yum sauce: 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or light mayo, 1/2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp rice vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper

Directions
1. Cube steak and season (using scissors makes it faster).
2. While steak is cooking (pan on high) mix ingredients for teriyaki sauce.
3. After steak is almost done add sauce to steak and simmer until it thickens.
4. Remove steak from pan and add rice to the same pan so it absorbs left over sauce.
5. Add soy sauce and additional seasonings to rice.
6. Enjoy!

(Cake)
✰ 1/3 cup (75g) 0% Greek yogurt
✰ 1/3 cup (48g) egg whites
✰ 1/2 cup (120g) nonfat milk
✰ 2/3 cup (80g) flour
✰ 3 tbsp (21g) coconut flour
✰ 1 tsp (3g) baking soda
✰ 1 scoop 1UP birthday cake protein (code fitfoodie)
(Filing)
✰ 1/4 cup (2 oz) cool whip
(Topping)
✰ 1 tbsp (15g) white chocolate melting wafers or white chocolate
✰ optional red frosting and green sprinkles
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix cake ingredients and spread thin layer on cookie sheet then bake for about 8-10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
3. Once cake is cooled, cut 10 Christmas trees.
4. Assemble by added 1 tree, cool whip, another tree, melted white chocolate then red frosting and sprinkles.
5. Enjoy!

(Ice cream)
✰ 2 cups (420 mL) Fairlife skim milk
✰ 1 scoop (37g) protein (I used 1UP birthday cake protein (code fitfoodieπŸ’–))
✰ 1 tbsp (12g) monkfruit
✰ 2 -3 tsp (6-9g) sf jello pudding mix (optional)
(Mix ins/toppings)
✰ 2-3 Oreo thins
1. Mix ice cream ingredients and freeze in
ninja creami container for 24 hours.
2. Use light ice cream setting on creami.
3. If ice cream is grainy after first spin add dash of milk and respin.
4. Add half of Oreo things and combine using mix in setting.
5. Top with rest of Oreo thins and enjoy!

Some tips for this recipe:
β™‘ Use fresh lemon and Parmesan for best flavor.
β™‘ Make chicken and dressing while potatoes are cooking to saving time.
β™‘ if you’re using a veggie chopper to make fries, make sure potato goes in straight instead of angle or it won’t work.

✰ 1/2 a medium potato
- Cajun seasoning
✰ 4 oz chicken breast
- garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt and pepper
✰ 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
✰ 1/3 cup cornflakes
✰ 2 cups lettuce
✰ Caesar dressing (1/3 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tbsp Parmesan, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp anchovy paste, salt&pepper)
✰ additional Parmesan for topping (optional)
1. Preheat air fryer to 400 F or oven to 450 F
2. Use veggie chopper or cut potato by hand into thin fry shapes then add Cajun seasoning and air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
3. Crush corn flakes.
4. Add yogurt and seasoning to chicken then coat in crushed corn flakes.
5. Air fry chicken for ~12 min or until internal temp is 165F.
6. Combine ingredients for Caesar dressing and mix with lettuce leaving out 1-2 tbsp for drizzle.
7. Assemble bowl with salad, chicken and half of fried.
8. Enjoy!

(Cookie dough)
✰ 1 cup (170g) 0% Greek yogurt
✰ 1/2 cup (48g) monkfruit
✰ 1/4 cup (60g) milk
✰ 1 tsp (4g) cake batter extract
✰ 1/3 cup (40g) oat flour
✰ 1 scoop (37g) protein (I used 1UP Protein in Birthday Cake)
✰ 1/2 tsp baking soda
✰ pinch salt
✰ sprinkles (optional)
(Topping)
✰ 1/4 cup sugar free white chocolate chips
✰ 1-2 tsp oil
1. Mix cookie dough ingredients and spread into thin rectangle.
2. Melt together white chocolate chips and oil in microwave in 30s increments.
3. Pour chocolate over cookie dough and spread evenly.
4. Freeze for about 2 hours or until solidified.
5. Break bark into pieces and enjoy!
