About a year ago, I underwent open heart surgery, my last set before going under the knife was at and it was an amazing evening. Today I received my one year checkup and am pleased to let you know everything looks good and won't need to go back for another checkup for five years.

Fittingly I will be spinning at tomorrow night 9/12, come by if your out in BK
