The LIC Post was founded in 2009 by Christian Murray, Editor & Publisher, who is a reporter by trade, spending several years covering politics at NEWSDAY and whom also wrote about investment banking for Thomson Reuters. He earned a graduate degree at the Columbia School of Journalism, and was nominated for a Pulitzer in 2001 for a story on a New York real estate scam. Christian was also the founder of the LIC Post (http://licpost.com/), Astoria Post (http://astoriapost.com), Jackson Heights Post (http://jacksonheightspost.com), Forest Hills Post (http://foresthillspost.com), Flushing Post (http://flushingpost.com) and Greenpoint Post (http://greenpointpost.com).
