On this day, my birthday, I wish for everyone reading this to cherish the now, the people you choose to have in your life and see all the experiences you have had -good and bad - as on opportunity to increase your self love and your capacity for love.

It has been a difficult year for me and my family and have had a lot of emotional ups and downs. Life is both good and bad, great and terrible. Life will always challenge us in the ways we need and it's up to us to take those learnings and hopefully use them to be better versions of ourselves.

What that is for each and every human is a personal choice. A deep and sacred choice. May your time on this Earth be full of reflections of your soul's highest sense of self and self-esteem.

Wish you all lots of love, light, pain, struggle and joy now and every day.

Thank you for being part of my life and of my journey. Here's to another 44 years!

Working with non for profits is a unique privilege to me. It's an opportunity to help these organizations share their mission to the world in a way that makes a visceral impact with their intended audience and makes a long lasting connection built on trust.

This year, I had the honor to work once more with Captain Community Human Services to create their annual gala video and it was a wonderful experience.

Has anyone being able to watch Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey on IMAX 70mm? I am tempted to make the trip to NYC to watch it in that format.

Or maybe will watch it at any theater in Albany and then make the special trip to appreciate it from a different angle?

Would love to hear about people that have actually seen it the way Nolan intended.

Don't know if you like animated movies or not but I definitely recommend you check out Pixar's Oscar Nominated, Elio.

I found it emotional, topical and just very human, all the while being very fantastical in its sci-fi theme. I do find it a bit harder to relate to Pixar animated movies where actual people are the main characters but this one hit me in my feels.
