𝘼𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙡 1, 2026 — 𝙌𝙪𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙖, 𝘽𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣

Israr Baloch son of Muhammad Anwar, a 25-year-old master tailor and resident of Qambrani Road Killi Bangulzai, Quetta. He was taken into custody on 25th March, 2026 by Eagle Force personnel from Qambrani Link Road near Keachi Baig Police Station and later killed in custody.

He was taken into custody without any legal justification, warrant, or formal charge. Following his detention at Keachi Baig Police Station, he was moved through Hazar Town Police Station and Shaal K*t Police Station Hazar Ganji, before being shifted to New Saryab Police Station, where he was killed brutally.

The transfer of Israr Baloch across multiple police stations shows a deliberate effort to conceal his whereabouts, deny access to his family, and keep him isolated without any information being provided to his family. He was subjected to custodial physical and psychological torture. His passing through four police stations clearly reflects a system that detains, abuses, and kills without accountability. All departments of the forces, along with the judicial system, are involved in the Baloch Genocide.

The killing of Israr Baloch and many others with each passing day reflects a wider pattern of violence. Civilians, tailors, labourers, and students are taken, tortured, brutally killed , later found dead and brought to hospitals. Families are then informed and harassed to remain silence. Do these forces and these authorities know how hard it is for parents to raise children in Balochistan? No one is safe. Fear has become a daily reality while answers and justice remain absent.

This case and several others demand immediate investigation and justice. But who can deliver that while the world turns a blind eye to the Baloch genocide? Continued silence will only enable further abuse and the killing of young people and children. Rather than waiting for your turn, Baloch should unite and stand against these inhuman acts of the Pakistani state.

ڈاکٹر ماہرنگ ایک پڑھی لکھی بلوچ خاتون ہے۔ اس کا جرم یہ ہے کہ وہ لاپتہ افراد کے لیے، تعلیم کے لیے، عزت کے لیے آواز اٹھاتی ہے۔ سوال کرتی ہے۔
اگر آواز اٹھانا جرم ہے تو پھر آئین کی کتاب بند کر دو۔
اگر سوال کرنا بغاوت ہے تو پھر عدالتوں پر تالے لگا دو۔
ڈاکٹر مہرنگ کے ہاتھ میں بندوق نہیں، ڈگری ہے۔ اس کی زبان پر گالی نہیں، آئین ہے۔
ریاست اگر ایک پڑھی لکھی ڈاکٹر کی دلیل سے ڈرتی ہے تو مسئلہ ڈاکٹر میں نہیں، ریاست کی ترجیحات میں ہے۔

11 اپریل 2020 کو، ڈاکٹر ماہ رنگ بلوچ نے ایسے الفاظ لکھے جو محض ایک عام ٹویٹ نہیں تھے، بلکہ ایک سچی پکار تھے جو ایک تلخ حقیقت کی عکاسی کرتے تھے:

"Balochistan has been kept backward by d state, technology has shrunken d boundaries & made it easy to learn, world has been advanced to 5G, most of regions of Balochistan are deprived of even 2G services. How can it will be possible for students to take online classes?"

"بلوچستان کو ریاست کی جانب سے پسماندہ رکھا گیا ہے، ٹیکنالوجی نے فاصلے سمیٹ دیے ہیں اور سیکھنا آسان بنا دیا ہے، دنیا 5G تک ترقی کر چکی ہے، مگر بلوچستان کے بیشتر علاقے آج بھی 2G سروسز سے بھی محروم ہیں۔ ایسے میں طلبہ کے لیے آن لائن کلاسز لینا کیسے ممکن ہو سکتا ہے؟"

یہ الفاظ نہ کوئی مبالغہ تھے، نہ ہی محض جذباتی خطاب… بلکہ یہ وہ حقیقت تھی جسے بلوچستان کی سرزمین اور اس کے لوگ جیتے ہیں۔

اور آج، چھ سال گزرنے کے بعد، حقیقت ایک بار پھر ان کی باتوں کی سچائی کو ثابت کرتی ہے، کیونکہ بلوچستان کے طلبہ آج بھی اسی مشکل کا سامنا کر رہے ہیں، اور اب بھی وسیع علاقے جدید تعلیم کی بنیادی سہولیات سے محروم ہیں۔

وہ طلبہ کی زبان میں بات کر رہی تھیں، بلوچستان کے پورے عوام کا درد اپنے اندر سمیٹے ہوئے، اور وہ سب کچھ بیان کر رہی تھیں جسے کچھ لوگ نظر انداز کرنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں۔

انہوں نے کوئی ناممکن مطالبہ نہیں کیا تھا، بلکہ ایک سادہ حق کی بات کی تھی: کہ بلوچ طالب علم کو سیکھنے کا ایک منصفانہ موقع دیا جائے۔

لیکن کیا بدلا؟

دنیا آگے بڑھ گئی… مگر بلوچستان کی تکلیف آج بھی ویسی ہی ہے۔

اور یہاں حقیقت واضح ہو جاتی ہے:

کی آواز صرف ایک رائے نہیں تھی، بلکہ حقیقت کی آواز تھی، ایک سچی پکار جسے ویسا نہیں سنا گیا جیسا سنا جانا چاہیے تھا۔

اور شاید آج بھی وہ آواز انصاف کی منتظر ہے۔

At the 61st Session of the UN Human Rights Council, Dr. Sabiha Baloch, the central leader of the Baloch Yakjehti Committee, raised her voice for the people of Balochistan, the largest province of Pakistan by area, the epicenter of foreign projects, and the most brutalized region in terms of human rights violations.

She exposed the relentless campaign of enforced disappearances where not a single day passes without a Baloch individual being forcibly disappeared by the Pakistani state. She condemned the systematic target killing and body dumping of Baloch individuals as deliberate state policy.

She made clear: those who dare to speak, journalists, students, lawyers, and human rights defenders face harassment, arrest, and prosecution under counterterrorism laws. Several BYC leaders, including Dr. Mahrang Baloch, have been detained for nearly a year and silenced for demanding nothing but justice.

At last, Dr. Sabiha called upon the United Nations to conduct an independent assessment of the human rights situation in Balochistan.
