R.J. Owens/Owens Archives are digitizing and restoring hundreds of transparencies and negatives from the Scorpions during 1980's to 2000. Images will include live shows and behind the scenes of front man Klaus Meine, guitar player Rudolf Schenker, lead guitar Matthias Jabs, drummer James Kottak, bass player Paweł Mąciwoda and more.

Owens Archive will release the first set of Scorpions photographs mid December 2021 and throughout 2022.

Jones Beach theater is a major stop for many bands on tour, it's one of the only venues located on the water. If your backstage, go to the kitchen area, you might see sharks hanging out by the docks looking for food.

Peacocks in the tree, this tree is next to our studio in Key Largo, every night the peacocks fly onto the tree to sleep. I took this photo about 10 feet of the ground while my assistant was holding the latter in place. The highest peacock was around 50 feet up on the tree. Owens Archive and RKO Photos are digitizing and restoring hundreds of transparencies and negatives from Korn during 1993 to 1996.

The collection will include live concerts and behind the scenes images of Jonathan Davis, Brian "Head" Welch, Reginald "Fieldy" Arvizu, James "Munky" Shaffer and David Silveria.

Owens Archive will release the first set of images mid December 2021 and throughout 2022. Follow us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to keep up with the latest images from Arts, Entertainment to Wildlife and Nature.

Rockefeller Center during Pandemic, New York City turned into a ghost town, March 13, 2020. Photos by R.J Owen.

I was in New York City during the Pandemic and photographed many locations. Rockefeller Center at 6:30pm on a Friday evening, this location would be packed with commuters heading home, visitors and people just walking around. It was almost surreal, I was the only person at Rockefeller Center and nobody was around, not even police or security.

The 1st photo is the main entrance of Rockefeller Center, ice rink is (Left) next to flags.
-
The 2nd photo is "The Rink At Rockefeller Center" famous ice skating rink is located in the middle of Rockefeller Center, accompanied by the iconic backdrop of the famous Prometheus statue. The ice rink message "New York Tough" this slogan was all over NYC.
-
The 3rd photo is 50th Street, next to Radio City Music Hall (left) and Rockefeller Center (Right) just behind me is 6th Ave. Any normal day you would see hundreds of people walking around and cab's flying down this street.
