Say goodbye to the dated cherry box-store nightstands 👋
⭐️We couldn't turn down these nightstands at the thrift store even though they weren't vintage! The fluted fronts were just begging for a refresh that would make them POP!
⭐️To get this moody green upcycle we:
- Cleaned with soapy water
- Scuff sanded the body with 180 grit, and fully sanded the front and legs with 120 and 180 grit
- Taped off sanded areas and rolled on Moon Paint Eclipse Stain Blocking Primer (fern10 for 10% off)
- Used a soft sanding pad with 220 grit to scuff between layers
- Strained and sprayed two layers of Paints ONE all-in-one paint in the color Jacob's Well
- Misted the fluted wood and feet with water, brushed on Lilly Moon gel stain in White Oak Barrel, before wiping off with a lint free cloth
-Added new hardware
⭐️So long dated cherry stain, hello moody boho gems!
