When Trump threatens to request an injunction by the Supreme Court to prevent impeachment, it violates the prohibition that the Supreme Court, and all lower courts from issuing advisory opinions. Lately, it appears there is great pressure upon the courts, including the Supreme Court, from issuing advisory opinions that should be reviewed for its lack of integrity, if that be the case. Laxity by the courts creates havoc with a Constitution, and the Department of Justice it has taken years and years to install and refine. The bizarre role that the Attorney General has taken, in part, to bring cases aimed at eroding the Constitutional Superstructure that has been built is evidence of the effect upon the means of acquiring the circle around black letter law so the courts can subrogate their own rules to serve this President Trump. As such, the Trump administration aims to remove all Constitutional guard rails to fuse the separation of powers into his preference for sole powers to administrate, usurping all other established powers. Barr should remain in contempt of Congress, and impeached for his part in this conspiracy against American democracy.
