Fredy Avila Gomez, an illegal alien from Mexico, has been federally indicted in Idaho for illegally voting in 2022 and 2024, plus wire fraud, theft of government funds, passport fraud, Medicaid, and unlawful fi***rm possession. Non-citizens do vote when the roll is loose. One case does not make a rumor. It makes a charging document.

A man who should never have been on the books collected a ballot twice, then stacked benefits and a weapon on the same false identity. That is why proof of citizenship is not a theory. It is how you stop the next Gomez before the machine prints the card. Idaho had to find him after the fact. The SAVE Act is how you stop finding him after the fact.

Pass it now. Clean the rolls. Charge every similar file. Citizens who showed a license should not share a precinct with a passport fraud. Presence without status is already a crime.
