New Gear! Mark III Xelmus Apollo anamorphic 2x lenses are truly unique modern anamorphic lenses. They have a beautiful “lomo esc” look, eastern European coloration, gentle anamorphic bokeh, and moderate distortion. They have a blue coating and flare and render faces with a respectful amount of distortion for anamorphic glass. Xelmus Apollo’s are very lightweight and have incredible close focus making them perfect for handheld, gimbals and stabilizers. These lenses have no breathing and DO NOT have pincushioning like Cooke Anamorphics and other manufacturers. The look is almost vintage, creamy, soft, and gentle, and very sharp at T2.8 ¼, giving you maximum picture quality. For modern anamorphic lenses these give you all of the qualities of classic anamorphics like Panavision, Lomos, and Hawks, but in a lightweight and compact size.​​​​​​​​

Cooke Anamorphics 2x Special Flare lenses are a top of the line anamorphic offering. The Cooke Look once again delivers warm and beautiful skin tones with outstanding anamorphic bokeh, minimal astigmatism, breathing, and low distortion.

They are larger in form factor, but usable with an Easyrig, steadicam, and stabilized heads. This Special Flare addition features a revised lens coating that softens primary colors and increases flares. Overall the lenses are greatly improved with the new coating delivering an exceptional image.

Canon K-35 TLS lenses are the gold standard for vintage cinema glass. K-35’s are soft, warm lenses with low contrast and cover Full Frame. They have an incredibly fast aperture that makes out of focus areas gentle and creamy. Developed in the 70’s K-35’s gained popularity with major cinematographers and in 1977 won an Academy Award for their optical design. K-35’s were designed to compete with Zeiss Super Speeds but exceeded their look and feel. Simply put there is nothing like photographing a person with Canon K-35’s.​​​​​​​​

| Atlas Mercury lenses are an incredible option for anamorphic acquisition. These lenses are small in size with a beautiful, sharp yet delicate image quality. The flare is amber color and even presents a rainbow flare in certain lighting situations. They have an impressive 1.5x desqueeze that is incredibly cinematic and looks similar to 2x anamorphic quality. They are optimal for 2:39 and also for 16:9 delivery due to their 1.5x squeeze. The lightweight build at 2-3 lbs. makes these lenses great for gimbals and handheld. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
