Citizen investigator Nick Shirley has uncovered several cell phone and security videos from local businesses of Ilhan Omar entering the "Quality Learing Center" in Minneapolis.
"She went in carrying nothing and came out with a satchel that could easily hold a large sum of cash," Shirley wrote on his blog, "I've forwarded the information to federal authorities."
Shirley says he stopped sending his work to the state because apparently, Minnesota isn't interested in investigating billions in fraud.
"I was given a direct email to Director Patel's office," Shirley said, "He has an aide that takes my work seriously."
