Our good friends at Hollingsworth & Vose have been creating needle-moving video & photo content with us for years. They have several divisions and verticals, and they had an older video that stepped back to look at it all. It was a bit dated, and didn't reflect the quality and polish the company is known for, so it was decided to update the video.

Leveraging footage we've shot for them over the years and around the world, we also pulled from archives going back the CENTURIES they've been around.

The result: A sweeping yet concise look at who H&V is, where they came from, and what they do.

Another shoot wrapped, this time for a product overview video filmed on location in Northwest Ohio. We are passionate about creating content that helps American manufacturers.

We had the chance to talk to the designers, QA, co-founder, and customers of an innovative product to make the lives of truckers easier, while increasing their safety, and the safety of other drivers on the road.

Unsurprisingly, the clapper slate continues to be a hit with clients. 🎬😎

Traveled to Bergen today, walked around and captured some b-roll in the fog and rain. Hopefully better weather tomorrow, which is another big day of filming more of the “heart” of In Search Of The Vikings.

You had better believe a kung fu death grip is on the camera as it dangled over Aurlandsfjord earlier today in Norway.

Another filming day wrapped on In Search Of The Vikings, were we headed to Vikingvalley Gudvangen and had an INCREDIBLE time with a guided tour and private 3 course Viking meal!

Meanwhile, our trusty Shimoda Designs bags are in full ADVENTURE MODE on this trip, with a totally different configuration every day. Love these things.

Lastly, just captured some aerial footage of Flåm now that the drone-hating Norweigan seagulls are asleep! If you can believe it, it’s 11:35pm when I took that shot! So bright — we could get used to that.

Day 5 of “In Search of the Vikings” is wrapped, and we find ourselves in Flåm for the next couple of days.

Filming is going amazingly: the discoveries made with the sisters and surprises we’ve come across have exceeded our lofty expectations.

Lots more behind-the-scenes photos are coming to the official In Search Of The Vikings Instagram account in the days and weeks ahead!
