Being a CTO in a company is a pretty exciting and challenging position. With over ten years of experience in the IT sector, Vladimir Novachki has a lot to say on the subject, so we asked him how does he handle the challenges of his job, and here is his answer:

As the CTO of Cosmic Development, I am responsible not only for the technological requirements and operations but also for managing and providing guidance to the rest of the programmers. As CTOs, we are required to have extensive knowledge of the technologies and processes of software development, along with a company’s strategy, and I’m doing my best to ensure that I'm at the top of my game. Another set of my responsibilities include regular communication with all of our clients and pretty frequent business trips.

However, all of that comes naturally, because our business strategy largely depends on the technology we use, and I feel confident in the choices me and my team make in that area. We work with big clients who are in the world’s top 5 in their fields, such as Bookmark, Rumble, America's Funniest Home Videos, Some Spider. Together with the teams, I am directly involved in the implementation of solutions for most of our clients and make sure we deliver high-quality products that contribute to our clients’ success.

Purchased the “Badass Mama” coffee mug for my wife on Mother’s Day.
We only wash our dishes by hand and the design on both sides is starting to flake off.
For perspective purposes, the coffee mug I received on Father’s Day last year has still retained its design. Very poor quality.
